They took all my information, scheduled. My appointment told me they would be there. Called two hours later to tell me I’m not in the service area. When that was the very first question, I asked and they said yes..

I would like to think Nick from Aussie Plumber who came to my home and fixed a cracked shower head pipe. I had had other plumbers say that it would be extremely cost prohibitive to do. Nick was able to find the solution and fix it shortly after he was here. He did in an hour what other plumbers said could not be done without great expense! Aussie was very reasonable. Nick was extremely polite, very cordial and extremely respectful of my home. He was also extremely communicative and on time. I will definitely call again if I have any other plumbing needs.

Michael came out to give us an estimate on new RO installation that also involved installing a new faucet. He was professional, neat, friendly and did an amazing quality job. He also connected a refrigerator water filter for us. Plumbing work is so expensive but Michael made it a bit easier.

My experience could not have been better. The Aussie staff was very professional. They gave me a reasonable quote to replumb my house, coming in much lower than a prior quote. They chose a noninvasive approach and saved me from having to make a hole in my interior floor. Todd and Max worked on my job and I'm extremely happy. They did everything in a timely manner and communicated with me through the whole experience. Highly recommend.
