I would love to give The Avenue Downtown Event a 10/10, the owner Mr. Turner has always been so kind and helpful to whatever needs my family and I needed. We held a baby shower here and the place was beautiful, spacious, and we were able to keep venue for the whole day. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone in need of a place to host any upcoming events!

I highly recommend this venue! The owner operates with the utmost professionalism and class, and the level of service truly reflects the quality of the experience. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the pricing is absolutely worth it for everything included. The owner is also very responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Overall, a wonderful experience and a venue I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful space with exceptional service!

I attended a party celebrating a friend’s college graduation, and it was my first time visiting this building. I was so impressed! My first thought was, “Whoever owns this space definitely knows how to maintain it!” The party was beautifully decorated, and I’m not sure if the owners were responsible for the décor, but the space itself had everything you could wish for in a party room—plenty of room, beautiful natural light, and the perfect ambiance! I even managed to get a good parking space and it was well-lit. Salute to the owners for creating and maintaining such a classy space!

My son got married at this Downtown location it was the most wonderful experience I had an opportunity to be apart of. The Avenue Downtown made it a safe place for all our family & friends to enjoy a most festival event. I was so amazed at how beautiful the place was setup & my entire friends & family are still talking about this grandeur of event that took place in the luscious Avenue Downtown Event Center. Listen, if you want a magnificent,wonderful, safe place to have ANY event book this event we already got our NEXT event and it is going to be FABULOUS 👌 👏!
