My sister referred me here for my very overgrown Aussie/rot brandy did a PHENOMENAL job on a Sunday to get her taken care of could not be more happy she’s adorable and she handled my girl very well and it was my dogs first time being to the groomer! Will definitely be back!!! Very reasonable pricing as well!

I went to get my cat groomed about a week ago. They refused to listen to any of the things we had listed on the site to have done to our kitties and instead they did the bare minimum, would not disclose with us how long it would take, despite us asking multiple times. Only after the third time of us asking about an hour later after we had left and returned to the store did they end up giving us our ETA. It was three to four HOURS. Once we finally got home, one of our cats got a cold because they had left him wet for too long. For somewhere who treats dogs so well, you think they'd care a bit more about cats considering there is one in the shop at the counter.

Cat grooming appointments can vary quite a bit depending on a cat's temperament, coat condition, and how they tolerate the grooming process. Because their comfort and safety come first, we're not always able to give an exact completion time at check-in, but we do our best to provide updates as we have a better estimate. We never refuse services without a reason, and if a service can't be completed, it's because we believe it isn't safe or in the pet's best interest at that time. I just picked up Angel, much different than my first visit, no communication from front desk to groomer, my main concern was how tense my girl was when I picked her up. Go back , I dont think so!

We are new to Moore and have been looking for a Groomer. We thought we would try Awesome Pawsome with his Groomer being Christy. We are over the moon grateful at the beautiful job she did on our Sammy. He is a Yorkie and she did exactly what I had asked for. Thank you so much. For loving on my puppy and for making me feel like he had a good time instead of a stressful time. We will definitely be back. It was suggested that we do a reoccurring appointment. I forgot to do that while I was there. We will get back in touch and get that on the books. Again thank Christy for doing such a fantastic job.

My pomeranian’s fur can become messy really fast, especially around the tail and back legs, so I’m usually nervous trying new groomers. The stylist here clearly understood thick coats and shaped everything evenly without removing too much volume. I also liked that they avoided using overpowering perfumes because strong scents usually bother me and my dog. Pickup was quick and organized, and they even gave me brushing tips to help maintain the coat longer between visits. Really positive experience overall.

I'm going to be nice to this establishment, but they tried to take off with my puppy, and I did not think it was funny and I even had to call the police to get my puppy back and my knowledge when they had told me they were going to bring me my puppy over to a gas station. That was over here, close to where I live, that was like a oncueThey never showed up to bring me my puppy, they literally tried to take off with my puppy this named i don't know how they spell door name , but it's Sophie but I've had people call her Sophia, Emma tried to take off with my puppy, and I didn't think it was funny, I've never had any establishment ever take off with my animal any of my puppies. Any I'm 54, any emotional support animal that I've ever had that, I got groomed, no one ever took off with my my animals that I got groomed

However, this is not an accurate representation of what occurred. At no point would we ever attempt to remove a client’s pet, and we have clear procedures in place to ensure every pet is safely cared for and returned to their owner. Due to the seriousness of this claim, we are documenting this matter.
We take our chihuahuas here to get their nails trimmed & glands expressed. The staff is friendly, caring & the prices are affordable! They even groomed our cat once! Gave her a lion cut & did a phenomenal job!
