I love this studio so much! Stacie has completely transformed my both mental and physical health through her Vinyasa classes. She is the perfect balance of making sure you are building muscle and working hard while incorperating mindfulness and calm. T (p.s. would LOVE more Stacie Vinyasas on the schedule!)

The Balanced Yogi is a gem of Santee. More than just a Yoga studio, The Balanced Yogi is a community of support, wellness, peace, and kinship. It has classes for every type of Yogi at every level and every style of teacher, from which to choose. I am so grateful to the owners Sam and Tyler, for building such an incredible space. A lovely yoga studio! I’ve attended a handful of beginner to intermediate classes and have enjoyed them all. All the instructors are kind and the atmosphere is cozy! Highly recommend checking it out.

Beautiful yoga studio with good vibes. They offer so many different yoga classes . I signed up for a new student special , which is one month of unlimited yoga classes for $30. The atmosphere is so welcoming and peaceful, staff and teachers are so lovely!
Love this place. The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable, it smells good and the lavender towel touch is my favorite. So many different kinds of class options.
Love this studio. All the instructors I've had are excellent!!! I feel very welcome and I get a great yogi workout. I did the 30 day trial and now have joined.I go 3 days a week and it's the best for my mind and body. Santee really needed this studio. Lots of classes to choose from.
