Bridlewood is a beautiful venue, and the property itself photographed very well. However, our experience with communication and coordination surrounding our wedding day was extremely disappointing, especially considering we spent a significant amount of money between the venue, the getting ready locations on the property, and the alcohol services we purchased. Leading up to the wedding, it was often difficult to get clear answers to questions. Then, on the wedding day, we discovered that the groomsmen loft we had paid for was not available because it had been rented out to someone else. Our groomsmen had nowhere to get ready for the wedding even though I had confirmed the rental and paid months beforehand. This caused us major stress and significantly impacted our wedding timeline, getting-ready process, and our photos. While the loft fee was refunded (which is obviously the bare minimum), the lack of communication surrounding the issue during and after was frustrating. After reaching out to the owner about the situation on both the wedding day and the day after, I never received a return call or any personal apology for such a serious mistake. We truly appreciated the beauty of the venue, but unfortunately the professionalism and communication did not match the price point or expectations for such an important day. Because the owner caused so much stress for us with no absolutely no apology to me, I would definitely not recommend this venue - you can find much better service and professionalism elsewhere.

I am so sorry you felt this way. In our defense, the loft was actually rented to one of your family members. And this is why I ask everyone to please have one contact person whom we speak with. Otherwise things like this happen. We had written down you guys for the “loft” so when an aunt called me asking about it I assumed it was for you guys and the same people. There was a lot of confusion, I gladly gave your money back and gave the groomsmen several drinks etc to help makeup for the honest mistake, and they all seemed perfectly happy and good, but I do truly apologize for any issuers caused by this miscommunication on both ends!

The inside of the barn is pretty and would work for a very small wedding or reception but it can't accommodate both. So you have to decide which one you want in the barn. If it's during the hot months, it's going to be a tough decision. You can also get married outside by a small pond if you like that kind of thing. There's plenty of lawn for tents and plenty of parking to accommodate guests. Personally, I think the barn needs to enlarged for hot southern weddings.

This venue is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! The support staff are all very professional and get their jobs done quickly and proficient. The owners are the absolute sweetest family you can ever hope to come across! Friendly and always focused on keeping the event running smoothly! Eventhough our event was different than their typical they were excited and accommodating and we can not wait to work with them in the future! 12 out of 10 WILL recommend to everyone!!

The place is absolutely beautiful!! Butttt the owner, Tori, is very difficult to get in contact with after she gets payments. She hyped up the place and seemed so kind during the tour. Two days before the wedding she messaged me about the fabric for the wall. After I had messaged her many many times. I personally didn’t like the wood wall and she told me during the tour she would have or covered. Anyways, I explained to her how she told me she had the fabric. Her response was that she did not. A few minutes had passed and all the sudden she had fabric for the wall…. Also, she told me that we had the house all night due to no one else checking in. All of a sudden, during the wedding party pics, we were told we had to pack up the house bc someone was there to check in… We missed out on taking photos due to having to pack up the house. Lastly, on the wedding day, Tori was around and we passed one another many times and she never spoke to me… Summary- the place is beautiful but the customer service/communication is awful.
