Absolute garbage customer service.
Do not waste your time or money making a reservation here.
We had a confirmed reservation for tonight and rushed over straight after the Anaheim Ducks game. We left the Honda Center at 9:20 PM, hit some post-game traffic, and arrived at the door at 10:00 PM sharp. Even though the venue doesn’t close until 11:00 PM—giving us a full hour before closing—the hostess, Anna, flat-out refused to seat us.
To make matters worse, she was extremely rude and condescending, snapping that we "should have called her" to say we were running behind. It is completely absurd for her to turn the blame on us when they have my phone number on file from the reservation and easily could have reached out if they wanted to check on our status.
Her behavior was completely unprofessional from start to finish. She even made loud, snide comments as I was walking away—clearly intended for both me and my date to hear. It’s obvious that these young people just want to wrap up early and go home rather than actually doing their job and representing the business properly.
To fight traffic, show up an hour before closing with an active reservation, and be met with that level of rigid disrespect, blame-shifting, and public parting comments is unacceptable. If you want basic hospitality or situational awareness from staff, go literally anywhere else in Anaheim. Anna and the rest of the staff clearly do not care about their customers.
We went upstairs to the bar and had a great time

Great speakeasy vibes! Mixologists were knowledgeable and approachable, doesn't take itself too seriously while still conveying an elevated experience. Highly recommended, both for food and drinks.

I am writing this for all single ladies who want a good time. I didn't try their food menu, I was there scoping out there September Tiki pop up event for this month. I have been there a few other times prior never had any issues. That being said. I usually have a wonderful time, great service I wanted a missionary downfall not everyone knows about the don beachcomber creation. The bartender took his time researched asked his fellow bartender for tips. That's much appreciated 👏, even if not exactly it was still delicious regardless! These bartenders are knowledgeable, actually taking the time to ask your preferences. That which I will alwys come again and again maybe for their food. But drinks to me are worth it. Yes this spot is intimate, speakeasy,.chill vibes. Nothing hectic which I enjoy by people watching and looking around enjoying the moment. Anyways yes make reservations but if your solo on a weekday, you probably wouldn't need a reservation. If your ok sitting at the bar.
Last thing is parking hectic around packing district prepare to walk. And this spot has dark cherries if interested in that.
Cheers🍻🍹🍹,. Much appreciated for making of that missionary downfall, yes it's an actual drink supposed to have mint, peach liquor whatevrr else. Oh I had their cocktail of the week, passion fruit gimlet, if you like tart and nothing too crazy .

First time here. We didn't know they take reservations so we had to wait about 4hrs to get in. But it was so worth the wait! It was tiki theme that evening we were there so it was super cute. I had a Mai Thai but I was told it's not your typical Mai Thai. It was quite strong and not very sweet the way I know Mai Thai to be. So throwing caution to the lightweights like me out there 😄. The bartenders there were super cool and really know their stuff. Highly recommend this little speakeasy.

This is NOT a speakeasy as they advertise. It's a reservations only bar. They transitioned to the good ole "money first, customer experience later" American standard.
