I found that this relatively newer gym offered enjoyable high quality setting and a great atmosphere. My only complaint is the lack of wall space considering it's significantly smaller than most other bouldering gyms.

While I have climbing periodically throughout life, The Blok was the first gym I got a membership for and ACTUALLY started climbing regularly last year - and I couldn’t have been luckier! The routes are well set with lots of variety in styles and difficulty for the size of the place, and with a whole new wall being set about every 2 weeks, there’s always something new to keep me coming back. But I’m especially grateful for the community. Everyone is so nice and supportive, especially for new-comers trying to get started. They offer lots of youth programs to provide a fun, active outlet for the next generation of climbers. Bouldering league was a blast! I have grown so much over the past year, and I owe a lot of that to the incredible culture here. If you have been curious about getting into bouldering or been at it for a while, I could not recommend a better place! Much love to Tammy, Clint, Skylar, Vanessa, Owen, and all the other coaches and staff 🖤 💪🏼

Thank you so much for your kind words! It warms our hearts to know the community we built is resonating with those who come through our doors! We could not have done it without you and others who call The Blok their home away from home! We love watching our members grow, become better climbers, and inspire others!! Thank you for being a part of The Blok !

This is an amazing climbing gym. Tammy, Clint, and Skyler were absolutely wonderful. It’s a family owned gym and it feels like it in the best way. This is your best bet for climbing in fw for beginners and advanced climbers in general.

This is so much fun! My son and I are beginners and the lower levels were challenging but doable. Super great community ready to help strangers as well. :)

The Blok is hands down one of the best climbing gyms around. Whether you’re a beginner just learning the ropes or an experienced climber looking to push your limits, The Blok offers a welcoming, high-energy environment with challenges for all skill levels. The bouldering walls are well-designed and regularly updated with creative routes that keep things fresh. The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about climbing, which makes for a great overall vibe.
One of the highlights is how clean and well-maintained the facility is—from the crash pads to the training areas. They also offer great fitness amenities and host events and competitions that bring the local climbing community together. Pricing is fair for what you get, and they offer gear rentals for anyone who’s just starting out.
Whether you’re looking to train seriously or just have some fun with friends, The blok delivers. Highly recommend checking it out!

Setting, there is fun cool owners , the best boss crimp the cat genuinely thinking about switching my membership.Even though I like the top rope at other gyms
Response from the owner · 5 months ago
Thank you, Reece, for your awesome review. We’re glad you are enjoying the setting, the community, and of course…Crimp the 🐈! Hearing you are considering switching memberships means a lot to us. We know top rope gyms have their appeal, but we work hard to make The Blok feel more like “home” than a gym! We truly appreciate your support.
