Dysport didn’t take effect. I’m not sure if it was under-injected despite paying for a certain amount, if it was watered down, or injected improperly. I ruled out Botox resistance since I’ve continued Dysport 4 months after this incident and continue to use Dysport without any issues. I addressed this with Andrew, the owner, but he wouldn’t make it right. He was very rude and disrespectful, speaking to me harshly. I was even told to go back to where I used to go. Yikes!! I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. My appointment was Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 10:00 am and my follow-up was Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. If you are still having issues locating my info. You can also check Zelle history for the amount of $ 440.00 sent on October 8, 2025. You can also check text messages confirming my appointment or check your schedule. It’s unfortunate I didn’t have the experience everyone else did. Since speaking with Andrew about my experience, I now go to Glam Lab in Riverside, and my go-to girl is Michelle, so I guess it all worked out ❤️

We did take your concerns seriously and made multiple efforts to address them, including a follow-up evaluation and additional treatment at no charge. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, you were still unhappy with the outcome. At that point, we felt the best resolution was to refund you in full for your treatment, which we did. Because we were unable to meet your expectations even after attempting to correct the issue, I also recommended that you return to a provider with whom you had previously been happy. That recommendation was not intended to be disrespectful, but rather an acknowledgment that we may not have been the right fit for you. I’m sorry our conversation left you feeling otherwise. We always want our patients to feel heard and respected, even when a treatment outcome or provider-patient relationship does not work out as hoped. I’m glad you’ve since found a provider you’re happy with and genuinely wish you the best.

I had such a great experience at The Botox Spot! I received a MultiFrax laser treatment from Andrew, and the entire experience was wonderful. The place is super cute, modern, and hip, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Absolutely fabulous service! My daughter and I went together and each had a specialty facial. I've tried a couple facials before but have never been a fan. The results were mediocre. My experience at The Botox Spot changed my opinion! Not only was facial relaxing but the esthetician was super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained each step of the process and made me feel at ease. The best part was the result! My skin was glowing and moisturized. That's never happened before. I highly recommend them! Marianne was the RN who took care of mom and me!! She was so knowledgeable, professional, and gentle with every move she made.
