Great! Absolutely wonderful! Pulled through, unloaded, explained everything, came when they said they would & re-loaded that bad boy back into the truck and off they went. A warning. This company has a time management issue. We were given a delivery time of 9:30am, then no later than 10am... for a party starting at 11am. The bounce house showed up at 10:55am while guests were arriving. The dogs had to be locked up for over 2 hours and someone waited out front for literally an hour waiting to let them in. The online form has an area for delivery and pick up. We wanted it picked up at 5pm after the party. No go. The next day we had to text to ask when they were coming. They said 10am and showed up at 11:45am. Wildly inconvenient and stressful.

This was my first time renting from this company, and they did not disappoint. Booking the rental was very easy and straightforward. It shows all the fees before you book it so you know exactly how much you are going to pay. When it came to drop off and pickup, it was very quick. I would recommend renting from this place.
