Reviewers describe the facility as spacious, clean, and equipped with clear sound systems, suitable for concerts, sports tournaments, and private parties. Recurring themes highlight high concession and beverage prices, confusing parking layouts, and difficult navigation to the site. While some praise the staff's responsiveness during private events, concert attendees frequently criticize security for failing to prevent general admission guests from jumping fences into VIP areas, leading to physical altercations.

The polo g concert was good but the opening acts were awful and it dragged on longer than it should’ve. We were over it all and just wanted Polo. Also the security needs to do better with the crowd. Letting GA people jump the fence to get to the front of the pit is wild. Won’t be coming back for future events.

The staff and security need to absolutely do better. Me and a friend went to see polo g and had vip/pit tickets. We saw a few people to a group jump the general admission fence to push the people who were already in vip/pit. I was pushed and shoved. This was my 19th birthday and definitely wanted this to be a night…

Fairy new facility. You would have to check the website for a more comprehensive showing of the facilities.

Nice place but packed into hotels. Parking and driving is confusing. Watch for others at every turn

This is a really nice facility for hosting youth sports events in the area. I enjoy when we have events to go to here, including the attached bistro at the neighboring hotel. However, I do try and avoid the concession area because the food prices are 3x normal.

The staff and security need to absolutely do better. Me and a friend went to see polo g and had vip/pit tickets. We saw a few people to a group jump the general admission fence to push the people who were already in vip/pit. I was pushed and shoved. This was my 19th birthday and definitely wanted this to be a night to remember but this girl and her boyfriend (i assume bf) shoved me and my best friend. They all rushed to the front of the stage barging through everyone. They didn’t even have wristbands. I hope the staff and security do better, seriously. This ruins the fun and makes people not want to come back for future shows.

overall, we had a great time at the concert! this was my first concert in about 10 years, and my fiancé’s very first concert. we originally had GA tickets and arrived early. we were appreciative of the staff member who acknowledged us for being there and explained that we would need to wait outside. we had no problem with that and waited outside for about two hours. he generously upgraded our tickets to VIP/pit which truly thank you so much. we truly appreciated it.
my only criticism would be security. i witnessed a group behind me shove a young couple, and that same group also shoved me and my fiancé. i had looked back several times, but the couple was gone. i remember seeing them there way before the opening acts started. i feel security could do a better job monitoring the crowd and addressing situations like this to help keep concertgoers safe.
other than that, we genuinely had a great time. i would definitely come back if you guys hosted more concerts.

Sam U.1 reviewiTotal number of Google reviews Sam has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
Had the absolute worst concert experience of my life. We paid for VIP and arrived 2 hours before doors opened. One of the first 20 in line. A girl accused my boyfriend of "being all up on her" when his body and arms were literally wrapped around me because we were enjoying the show. The girl proceeded to shove herself into us over and over to the point i fell and spilt my drink- the girl on the rail in front of me started screaming in my face and making a huge deal that my drink got on her. I apologized profusely and she just kept saying "f♡ck you b♡tch" "dont f♡cking talk to me" and i said lets just have a good time, it wasn't intentional, i was pushed. The rest of the show i got REPEATEDLY shoved from both sides, pinching my arms, screaming profanities, etc. It was to the point i started screaming for help.
While i understand these girls behavior is not the venues fault, i am DISGUSTED by the way security handled this- they didnt. I was very CLEARLY not engaging, trying to just move on and enjoy our time as we traveled here and i did not want this to be a bad experience. Security did not take this situation seriouslt at all and instead just told the girls to "just watch the show and make space" which clearly did not happen as the woman to our right proceeded to hit me because i flipped my camera towards the group because it was NOT SAFE. My partner had his WHOLE BODY wrapped around me and she still hit me. This WILL be taken to court. Extremely disheartening and absolutely will never be coming back to this venue. These matters need to be taken seriously. Im very grateful it wasn't worse, though 3 of them were trying to instigate physically. SECURITY WAS RIGGT THERE AND I POINTED IT OUT WHEN IT WAS HAPPENING. Me and my fiance made SURE to not engage and keep to ourself after they knocked me down. I am 5' 1" and absolutely was not interested in any kind of confrontation. I realized shortly after this was a group of 10+ girls, 2 guys, and a (presumably) mother. I cannot believe people act this way at concerts. Ive been to manyyyyyyyyyyy concerts/venues and have never ever everrrrrrrrrrr experienced anything even remotely close. Security, please do better. I hope you'll watch the security footage back and learn from my experience.

Handicap accessibility is minimal at best. We were here for Douglas High school graduation. I had my mom in a wheelchair, she had to use the restroom. There was only a pull handle on the bathroom entrance, no handicap access. If someone was by themselves in a wheelchair there would be no way for them to open the door and maneuver the wheelchair into the bathroom. The handicap stall was not marked, and once again, would have been hard to maneuver if by herself. The exit to the bathroom was once again. a pull handle. Also, it's supposed to be an events center, buuuuuuut, there's only one way out of the parking lot. Bottle neck city. Took us longer to get out than the graduation itself.
