I had an unusual HOA situation and I really wasn't sure who to turn to. Luckily, I was referred to Jeff who is so knowledgeable and really has seen it all. His guidance was comprehensive, and he kept a keen eye on the financial implications of various paths to help me keep expenses reasonable. Called them for help with my HOA litigation, I was told I would be contacted in the next day or so and nothing...I called today and was told they would be sending me an email with referrals that I never received...I understand they can't make much money off my case so they declined to take it but the least they could do was follow up with what THEY said they would do... EDIT: Today I finally received their follow up email four days after this review...I wish I could say the email gave me a better impression of this firm but unfortunately it did not...I want to be clear: I was not asking for free help, charity or a volunteer program...I contacted this firm seeking paid legal representation and/or consultation for an active HOA litigation matter...The referral list they eventually sent consisted mostly of low income legal aid resources, which we would not qualify for and are not appropriate for our situation...Assuming that our pro se representation thus far is indicative of our financial status is elitist and gross, do better...
