10/10 recommend. I’ve been on the bi-annual General Crawling Insects schedule for over 2 years now and it’s made a world of a difference. I also had them come out for a wasp problem this summer, which was promptly handled. Everyone is incredibly nice, quick with responses, and Adam (the technician) is awesome.

Working with the Bug Man and Queen Bee was a really positive experience. I was able to schedule and pay online from my vacation location and speak with them on the phone. They came to my house promptly and now my war with the ants is over. My ants have been persistent and invading my home for a number of years and they knew what to do. Worth every penny and if they come back in 6 months I "ant" ticipate that I will be calling them again.

They took over BnQ a few yrs ago from an established business I used. They have kept the hi_quality workmanship I expect from my vendors.. Good people in the office and at your home. Their website is easy to peruse not cluttered like many. Had an emergency black hornet nest removed in 1 day after I saw it in a tree 7/2/24. Quick as a wink Gone. Ty Peter..
