The staff at The Buttes at Reflections are amazing to work with! They put so much thought and care into your wedding and, in doing so, alleviate a lot of the stress! They offer a variety of packages and really work with you to bring your vision to life. Our guests were blown away by the natural beauty of the venue, the professionalism of the staff that pulled it together, and all the decor that the venue provides. We would give Georgina and her team 10 stars if we could—we’re so glad we chose them to help us create an unforgettable wedding!

I had such a great experience photographing a wedding at The Buttes! The venue is beautiful and offers so much variety throughout the property, which is always a huge plus as a Tucson wedding photographer. There are plenty of great options for portraits and so many different ways to use the space throughout the wedding day.<br><br>The venue team was friendly, helpful and easy to work alongside, which makes such a difference when you’re part of a larger vendor team. Everything flowed smoothly and I really enjoyed photographing there.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend The Buttes to couples looking for a beautiful Tucson wedding venue and I’m looking forward to the next opportunity to photograph a wedding there!

We highly recommend The Buttes at Reflections.<br><br>We found this venue at a bridal show last January, and from the moment we visited, we knew it was the perfect place for our small garden wedding. Their all-inclusive package made planning so much easier, especially since we both work full-time. Everything came together beautifully, and the entire day exceeded our expectations.<br><br>A huge thank you to our wedding planner, Debi! You are so kind, organized, and easy to work with. Thank you for taking the time to guide us through every step and making the planning process feel stress-free.<br><br>We also want to thank Georgina and John. My wife and I had our wedding at Reflections this month and could not have been happier with it! Over the 11 months of our planning every question, every request, and every need was handled beyond expectations. We would like to particularly thank Debi, Georgina, Sam, and Chris for helping throughout the process, but specifically the day of for making it smoother than we could have ever hoped it could go. We could not recommend this venue enough to host your wedding or any other event!<br><br>Follow Up Review-<br>My wife and I reached out to this venue a couple months back asking if we would be able to celebrate our 2 year anniversary with a private dinner today. They were more than happy to allow us the space to celebrate our day together no questions asked. We had an absolutely incredible time, even got to enjoy the first monsoon of the season together at one of the most special places to us. We have had nothing but phenomenal experiences with everyone at this venue and could not recommend them any higher!

What can I say? I can say a lot. I had the honor of officiating a wedding here on June 6th. The last time I officiated here was about 2 years. In that time there were so many great transformations inside and out. The owners of this property should be proud of the work they have done here. All the staff was polite and professional. I hope to be a guest at Reflections in the near future.

What an amazing wedding venue. My dream day was perfect. The mountain views, green grass and garden area were beautiful. They exceeded my expectations and the amount of decor and hands on help helped keep my stress away. Staff was very helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous wedding location!

The Buttes at Reflections is a stunning Tucson venue with a team that genuinely takes care of their couples. We can't recommend it enough.<br><br>We chose The Buttes because the venue is breathtaking, the owners are warm and knowledgeable, and the all-inclusive package (wedding planner, cake, DJ, servers, catering, BYO alcohol) took so much planning stress off our plates.<br>The venue itself is gorgeous: a mountain backdrop for the ceremony, gardens full of spring flowers, citrus trees on the lawn, and desert landscapes throughout. Sunset was magical, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful it all looked.<br><br>A few shoutouts to the team:<br><br>Georgina (owner) went above and beyond on our wedding day. When issues popped up with our florals, she didn't blame anyone or shrug it off. She personally handcrafted a bouquet and a flower crown to fill in the gaps, and even pulled fake flowers from the venue's decor closet to build missing centerpieces so every table looked complete. She's the kind of venue owner who treats your wedding like it's her own.<br><br>Debi (wedding planner) was warm, easy to communicate with, and helped us think through details we hadn't considered. The package includes 8 hours of planning time, and she was flexible about giving us as much time as we needed. She has years of experience and keeps extensive notes that kept everything on track.<br><br>Chris (manager) was our point of contact in the final 1-2 weeks. He confirmed final guest counts, allergies, table counts, and catering details, and coordinated the post-event pickup of leftover alcohol and decor. He was on top of every detail and made the home stretch feel seamless.<br><br>The day-of team (3 coordinators, 8 servers) handled our plated dinner flawlessly and kept everything on schedule. The coordinators handled every situation with grace, including some tricky guest dynamics, with patience that didn't go unnoticed.<br><br>One honest note about the included vendors: the all-inclusive package is a huge selling point, but quality varies, so future couples should go in with eyes open.<br><br>Cake: We weren't happy with the included cake designer's tasting and booked outside the package (Annie at Ambrosia, who was incredible). The team kindly let us upgrade to a photobooth by paying the difference, which our guests loved all night.<br><br>DJ: The DJ situation was bumpy. We were handed off to one DJ who was too busy, then to another who went on vacation without telling us and didn't reach out when they got back. We had to keep following up to schedule the initial consultation. They couldn't locate the dance floor playlist we'd shared, and there were timing hiccups with grand entrances and photo coordination. That said, the DJ read the crowd well and the dance floor was packed all night.<br><br>Caterer: Two tastings were required. We stuck with safe options (pulled pork, mac and cheese, calabacitas) because several other dishes (chicken, cornbread, and others) were under-seasoned or overcooked at the tasting. The food we landed on was great on the day, but our menu felt more limited than we'd hoped.<br><br>Our advice: attend the included vendor tastings and consultations early so you have time to evaluate, give feedback, or swap if needed. The package is still a great value, but it's not "set it and forget it." If something isn't right, ask about swaps because the team is flexible.<br><br>If you're looking for a Tucson wedding venue that's beautiful, well-run, and full of people who actually care about your day, The Buttes at Reflections is the one. We're so glad we chose them.
