Google reviewers rate the service 4.7 out of 5 based on 256 reviews, with the owner responding to 82 percent of them. Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional demeanor, and thorough attention to detail provided by the cleaning teams. Positive feedback often highlights the ease of scheduling and the quality of the work relative to the cost. However, some low-star reviews criticize inconsistent cleaning quality, unexpected billing discrepancies, and a lack of communication when issues arise.

This team, a young woman and young man, did outstanding. They are extremely detail oriented. They move EVERYTHING to dust, wipe off and vacuum. The best team!
I like that they are reliable coming in within the timeframe that they say they will be there. I like how my house looks when they leave! I love how it smells. It’s very clean. It seems like they clean every nook and cranny, and I would never have been able to clean it like they do. The price is amazing and I would much rather give a little extra to the girls who do come because of the quality work that they do I would highly recommend them what you’re looking for a weekly, biweekly cleanup, or move in or move out. I do biweekly and I am so glad that I do. Each time they come they do a wonderful job my house never looks so clean!!

As usual it was awesome!! They always do good job!
This is the first time I had used this company and they were extremely easy to schedule. They arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. You get great quality for the cost and I highly recommend that to anyone who’s just looking to get extra free time back. They gave great attention to detail which I felt very refreshing. I had Team three and I would definitely recommend them and I hope to have them my next time which I’ve already scheduled. I like their rotational cleaning where they focus on different areas each time that they come I think it’ll really keep my house extra clean!!

Hired them again recently after having used them back in 2020. The owner politely reminded me of an unresolved balance from my previous experience—which stemmed from a broken shower head and a broken lamp that were never settled. I gave them another shot anyway, but unfortunately, the quality missed the mark this time too. When running a hand across the kitchen countertops, they were still dirty with pieces of seasoning left all over. Given the past unresolved property issues and now sub-par cleaning performance, I won't be using them moving forward.
From the beginning when Pam came my home, she was very professional and understanding of my needs. My home is so clean and fresh after my service today! Having a clean home takes a load off my To-Do list and lets me be able to relax. The young ladies who came were friendly and I didn’t feel any judgement for needing help around the house. I foresee a long term business relationship with this company.
They did a good job.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the owner, Pam and the workers today. I have had my house cleaned many times and I am shocked. I never share bad reviews but I truly can't believe how horrible they treated my house and myself- a customer. I want to make this review as detailed as possible with texts and pictures. I will be updating this review with proof and an explanation later this week. I just had to let the community know to take your business anywhere else.
