Recurring themes highlight consistent punctuality, effective communication regarding specific cleaning needs, and the reliability of scheduled appointments. However, lower-rated reviews indicate occasional inconsistencies in service quality, with some clients reporting missed areas like kitchen cabinets or significant delays in arrival times that disrupted their schedules.

I was a little disappointed in the cleaning today. Extra people were here today and things were not done. All rugs weren’t vacuumed and tables weren’t cleaned. I’m usually satisfied, but not today. I’m sorry to complain, but I thought you should know.
