Customers frequently praise the team's punctuality, thoroughness, and ability to handle specific tasks like post-construction cleanup or detailed kitchen work. Positive feedback highlights professional conduct, efficient scheduling, and satisfaction with the final results, including organized spaces and fresh scents. Recurring criticisms involve inconsistent service quality, missed appointments, poor communication regarding reschedules, and disputes over pricing transparency, with some reviewers noting that redo services failed to address previously identified issues.

Petina Dixon-Jenkins, We just wanted you to know that our team truly appreciates your feedback and we’re thrilled to know you're happy with our house cleaning services. Thank you for choosing The Cleaning Authority Chicago North Shore!
I am very happy with the service from The Cleaning Authority Chicago North Shore. Gaby and Irene are both wonderful—very kind, respectful, detail-oriented, and always willing to listen to my requests and make sure everything is done the way I like it. When they leave my home, everything is clean, organized, and looks beautiful. The manager is also such a kind and caring person. She consistently checks on the service and makes sure we are satisfied, which I really appreciate. I also want to mention Liz, the office manager. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and always does her best to make sure the customer is happy. I truly enjoy talking with her every time. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with this company and really appreciate the care, professionalism, and personal attention they provide. I highly recommend them!

We love providing our clients with the high-caliber cleaning services you need to spend more time with your family and turn your attention to more important matters. This was the first time we used any cleaning company. Karen and Angeles did a wonderful job in cleaning a very dirty kitchen floor and challenging bathroom which had grout and floor corners that had not been cleaned in many years due to our disabilities. I would certainly refer others Karen and Angeles and the Authority.
James Hohner, Thank you for leaving us this incredible review! We truly appreciate your feedback and your support means the world to us as a locally owned business. Reviews like yours help reaffirm our commitment to providing our clients with the best home cleaning services in Lake Bluff.
Dianey and Eri did a fantastic job cleaning my condo. I had the popcorn ceilings scraped before I move in and there was white powder coating every surface. It was a complete mess. They cleaned the floors, countertops and inside all cabinets and drawers. Place looks amazing. And now it's ready for my move in. Thanks to both of them
Lindsay, thank you for choosing us for your move-in cleaning. Dust from popcorn ceiling removal gets everywhere, so we’re delighted Dianey and Eri left your condo looking great and ready for you to move in. Enjoy your new home!
Valeria and Linda did a nice job cleaning our home before our Open House.

The pic of of the dirt I mopped up in my kitchen AFTER my last cleaning. I have used TCA in another city for years and the service was great. This branch is consistently subpar at worst - mediocre at best. Items have been left mysteriously broken, spaces or items untouched (ie not cleaned at all), beds rumpled, trash bins z, etc. I am disappointed in myself for not cancelling their service sooner.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the level of service you expected from The Cleaning Authority Chicago North Shore. We take concerns about cleaning quality, missed areas, and property care very seriously. This is not the standard we want for our customers, and we would appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and address it with our team. Please contact our office directly so we can review your service history and work toward making this right. We truly value your feedback and are sorry for the disappointment. — The Cleaning Authority Chicago North Shore Team
