Customers frequently praise the cleaning service for its thoroughness, punctuality, and professional demeanor, noting that staff often return to address specific concerns without additional cost. Recurring themes include consistent quality across multiple visits and effective communication during the booking process. However, some lower-rated reviews highlight a lack of attention to detail, confusion regarding pet-friendly policies, and one instance of alleged discrimination based on zip code during the scheduling process.

We used The Cleaning Authority for our move-out clean and really appreciated how responsive and accommodating they were. After the cleaning, I reached out about a couple of areas and they immediately offered to come back and take care of them at no additional cost. They were very easy to communicate with and I really appreciated their willingness to make sure we were happy, especially during such a hectic move!

I had two cleaner that worked very diligently and thoroughly. My house sparkled when it was done. My cleaners work very quickly and efficiently. Last week I didn’t leave a review, but my cleaners never left a sheet. I didn’t have their names, but I knew one of the persons name and she left her phone charger. I tried reaching Ariel by text And by email and she never responded. Is Ariel no longer working and how do I contact you?
Dear Ms. Sampson, this is Ariel, I'm still here! Thank you for your rating! I will email you directly about the charger we left in your home. Thank you! Ariel
We were happy to have the same two ladies who did such a good job last time. One speaks very good English. They had a third lady with them today so things went even faster.
