We've had a plan with them for years. Service calls for heating/AC, plumbing, appliance plumbing repair are all answered immediately with service usually the same day. They catch problems before they are a disaster, but don't try to upsell for things you don't need. Give you options to meet your desires. Frank was especially helpful and super efficient when he replaced some old, corroding faucets for us and some leaking valves on our toilets.

Ura was a delight to work with. He is professional and very thorough in his inspections and maintenance. He explained every step of the process and went over his findings completely.

Very professional service from Rocco , Steve , Valerie ,Frank And William. This was not an easy job dealing with installation of a pump, replacement of main sewer line from house and running new sewer lines from house and in-law apartment as well as unexpected issues involving removal of a septic tank .

We have been with The Comfort Authority for over 10 years. We have received nothing but exceptional service! Whenever we have had a problem, they have come out the same day or first thing in the morning. When we were searching for a new air-conditioning system, we called many companies and The Comfort Authority was the only company that came into our home and wouldn’t give us a quote until they measured everything crawled in the attic to check out how the ductwork was going to go to make sure that we had the most Efficient air circulation. Our unit still runs very efficiently and it is serviced annually, to keep it that way. I have referred The Comfort Authority to many people my neighbor and her son both Went with them on my Referral. And have been very happy as well. When the time comes that, our unit needs to be replaced. We will be going with The Comfort Authority again.

Phenomenal Service from Alyssa and James! I had an absolutely amazing experience with The Comfort Authority today! My HVAC technician, Alyssa Lopez, was incredibly thorough during our annual system check-up. I had recently dealt with a backed-up AC drain line, and Alyssa went completely above and beyond to evaluate the entire system. She walked me through every step, checking the outdoor components, electrical wiring, and the indoor system. She even noticed a small leak around my supply plenum and took care of it right then and there—resealing and applying mastic to insulate it better as a total courtesy. To make sure I wouldn't have any more issues, she flushed the drain line out with hot water and added a pan and drain treatment so it flows perfectly. Alyssa is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent. On top of that, James Farley, the plumber, did an equally spectacular job taking care of our home's plumbing systems. He performed a meticulous, top-to-bottom inspection of all our lines, fixtures, and valves to ensure everything is operating at peak performance. He spent extra time performing a full tune-up on our water heater, carefully flushing it out to clear out sediment and keep it running safely and efficiently. Both Alyssa and James are true professionals who took the time to educate me about my home rather than just trying to upsell me. I am so grateful for their hard work, friendliness, and total dedication to quality. I highly recommend them both and will absolutely be calling them back

Always very professional and they take the time to make sure that I understand how the A/C system is working and I understand anything that needs to be done to the air handler or condenser. Rick, Gabrielle, Mike, and James have all been great, and I definitely recommend them. I'm updating this review in 2026. I've been a client of The Comfort Authority for 9 years now, and they're still as great as they were in the beginning. They schedule appointments quickly, they follow up with you, they're friendly, they explain everything they're doing. If you're looking for someone you can rely on year after year, I highly recommend them.
