Great studio! Love the small class sizes and private session options. Can’t say enough about the amazing, experienced instructors!! If you have n been wanting to try Pilates, do it here!
My sisters and I take private trio Pilates lessons with Cathy, and she is phenomenal! She brings such great energy to every session, always pushing and challenging us while also taking the time to teach us along the way. She is incredibly welcoming and keeps every workout fresh with a great variety of exercises. She kicks our butts every time—in the best way! The studio itself is beautiful, bright, airy, and always very clean. They have a great variety of Pilates equipment, which allows for a lot of variation in the workouts, and even the bathrooms are consistently spotless. We always look forward to our sessions with Cathy and would highly recommend her and the studio!
I absolutely love this studio. If you are interested in trying pilates or are a seasoned veteran, this studio is perfect. It is inviting, inclusive, and clean. The instructors are well-trained and supportive. They offer privates, duets, trios and many assorted classes.

Pilates has been “ my happy place” for approximately 20 years. I was really fortunate to have a former/present Pilates mat instructor recommend “The Contrology Center”. I have been able to expand my Pilates practice to the “Chair, “ “Tower,” and the “ Cadillac.” I can definitely see the difference if I have to miss a class, as my body isn’t happy! The instructors here are very knowledgeable and provide very professional yet fun workouts! I HIGHLY recommend this studio!

I absolutely love this place! The instructors are encouraging and welcoming. As someone who was anxious about doing a work out class in a group, they made me feel comfortable and confident. I can’t recommend them enough. Cathy is the best!!

I was in town visiting for a few weeks and wanted to try out a pilates class. Renee called me immediately and set up private lessons. She was attentive and in tune with my body right away. I have since taken the mat pilates class too and gotten a great work out in. Would highly recommend!!

Very happy with how I was treated. The staff took the time to learn about my health, what was working what was not. Took the time to go through the exercises carefully and make sure my needs were addressed. Highly recommend Chris & Cathy.
