For my first experience in this location, I find it to be very comfortable, not scary at all. I know a lot of people think this area of time is scary. Was fine, walked around last night? No big deal

I planned my wedding during chemotherapy so I cannot emphasize enough how little stress I needed and The Ellis was the perfect fit.We cannot speak highly enough of The Ellis, BTTS Holdings and their planning process/timeline. If I had to plan 100 weddings, I would choose The Ellis every time. Venue, food, bar, floral centerpieces, DJ and cake all included? Say no more. I only had to find my own photographer, dress and makeup. This is truly a one-stop-shop in the best way possible. It is not a cookie-cutter design you are getting- you will get the day of your dreams because their vendor list is top-knotch and what they can pull off is incredible. Their planning timeline makes planning a breeze and so you don’t really have to worry about your own planning timeline as they lay it out for you. Alexa and her team made my day run flawlessly. Even if something was forgotten, Alexa told my husband not to bother me or ask me questions- she was so thoughtful and truly was able to make so much happen. She was a built-in confidant the entire day, staying on top of everything and making sure we had no needs. We have gotten SO many compliments on our venue- the brick, the moodiness, the variety…it is definitely a hidden gem in Italian Village! The space was open and inviting but also cozy and closed-off during the ceremony. There is truly nothing I would change or think that The Ellis could do better in any area, truly. It was the night of our dreams!

I could not be happier with the experience of planning a wedding with the help of The Ellis and the wonderful staff there. They ensured every step ran smoothly, accomodated all guests, and they absolutely took so much of the stress of the family and the couple.

Had my daughter's wedding and reception here 7/5. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Loved Alexa and all of the staff. Food, flowers, d.j. etc were all great. I highly recommend the Ellis.

We got married at The Ellis in June 2025, and it was truly the most magical day! The venue itself is absolutely stunning—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the bar service, the flowers, and the DJ. It was everything we hoped for in an all-inclusive venue and more. A huge shoutout to Dom and Alexa, who were both incredible. Dom was such a calming presence during our rehearsal and on the big day—he was kind, on top of every detail, and helped everything run smoothly, which made me feel so at ease. And Alexa…we seriously lucked out with her. She was our third assigned coordinator (we did have two changes, the last one just a couple weeks before the wedding), which admittedly made us feel a little uneasy at first—but that was absolutely no reflection on her. Alexa was an angel from start to finish! She kept things organized, made sure we had drinks and food during the reception, and helped everything stay on track during pack-up. We loved her. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the last-minute coordinator changes. While life happens and it wasn’t anyone’s fault, it did add a bit of stress to the lead-up. There was also confusion regarding a tent requirement for cocktail hour on the patio-however, it was resolved. I was also surprised to see purple and yellow florals and some other florals I didn't choose and weren't on my proposal in some of our centerpiece/bud vase arrangements. We wish the final meeting a month out was in person as well rather than a phone call. Additionally the Ellis lofts next door they work with, although convenient, were very tricky to navigate. We could not get in touch with the property manager easily and with a lot of out of town guests staying there it really complicated things. That said, the final result was amazing, and the team really came through for us. Looking back we are so thrilled with the day! We’re so grateful to The Ellis and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, all-in-one wedding experience with a team that truly cares.

We chose the Ellis for the rustic vibes it gave off and couldn’t be more happy with that decision! Charis and her team were absolutely amazing! Making sure the day was flawless and everything we could ask for! From the decor, cake, food, flowers, DJ and more… it was truly the perfect night! I highly recommend The Ellis if you are looking for the total package!

Outside of saying yes to getting married, saying yes to The Ellis was the best decision we have made! The entire experience was incredibly positive, uplifting, fun, supportive, and, quite simply, perfect. Every single staff member and vendor were amazing to work with and we couldn't not have been happier. Working with Michael particularly was an absolute joy. We felt supported, heard and understood the entire time. Making wedding planning fun and exciting. We can't thank The Ellis enough for giving us our most perfect wedding and a day we will cherish forever. Would recommend x1000000!
