I absolutely LOVE this place. My regular Hairdresser is Jazz. I absolutely love her. She goes above and beyond. She definitely delivers whether it be just a Haircut or Haircut with Color, or Just style. She delivers I let her do whatever Style she wants and I love what she does with my hair. I’m NEVER disappointed……Here recently she has definitely gone out of her way to do my hair downstairs since I have been stuck in my wheelchair. She makes me feel special during our time…..I also want to say a Special Thank You to the other Staff they have opened the double doors for me to get in with my wheelchair and NEVER treat me as an inconvenience……This will be my forever Hair Salon go to for as long as my family and I are here!!!!

I went with my Girlfriend recently and am honestly kind of pissed.
We called the day of, and after inquiring scheduled an appointment for later in the evening. (No issue here)
We made plans with each other making sure we each knew what kind of hairstyles we wanted (my girlfriend just wanted a trim to kill off any split hairs) and saved images of the different ideas we had in mind for styling our hair.
These of course went out the window the moment I sat in the chair; where the stylist insisted she only wanted a single picture to reference from. I honestly should have taken this warning sign for what it was, but unfortunately gave the stylist the benefit of the doubt.
Given my girlfriend only wanted a trim, she offered to go first so that I would have a bit more time to find a single image for the hairstylist to work from.
*To clarify, I am not an expert in hair. Heck, I barely even manage the bare minimum maintenance on mine, let alone understand how others manage theirs.*
She was not given a trim.
Instead, I from my chair a good distance away, did not hear the lack of communication, did not understand the fancy shamchy scissor maneuvering. I did not understand the oncoming disaster that went so far from her wishes in a haircut. We trusted the expert in the room to know what she was doing.
It was only after we both had our haircuts that the daze started to fade. Turned out she was charged $40 for a trim, and I $30 for my own haircut ($30 was reasonable for my own)
Dont get me wrong. The place was clean and fancy, but there was no obvious price listed for different hair appointments visible. (That I noticed)
We wound up paying just about $120 with tips (as the daze had not fully faded by this point and they were kind enough to be open on Labor day).
We get in the car, and talking about our experiences, and realize there was little to no communication about how we wanted our hair done. Currently my girlfriend hates her hair; which looks completely different than how she went in.
If you do decide to come instead of fleeing (as I admit there is a good possibility we just got a bad stylist), please make sure to communicate clearly about what you desire, and verify with the front desk exactly what youre paying for or expecting before acting.

Leticia is my girl, she does such amazing work especially with my curly hair. Everyone always compliments my hair even after weeks of getting it done. I never leave unsatisfied. My daughter also loves getting her hair cut with Letty. I've even taken my mom who visits from California. I always recommend Leticia to other people, shes so amazing!!

Letty is the sweetest, most caring stylist. I have been going to her for a few years & is now cutting my daughter’s hair as well. Not only does she cut/style my hair but she also does my lash lift/tint along with waxing! She is my everything girl! The best you can get. 10 out of 10 service all around.
