Very nice place food was good staff very friendly

Went there for a wedding planned it well found out the women I was with never finalized her last marriage so I asked for a refund that I put 5k down they went on to ignore me can’t get a call back email or anything this place is shit the people there don’t care about you an your wedding they money hungry even took money off a card that was never suppose to be on there bill

The rumors and lies people make out of this place ARE a lie. It might be a little bit rusty but don’t let that take away from the potential. This place is lovely. Don’t knock it till you try it. Or don’t judge a book by its cover. This places full potential is STELLAR🌌🚀🌎

I wish I didn't have to give a star at all because the venue, its owners, and the staff do not deserve it. My husband and I were married at Falls Banquet on July 18, 2026. More than a month later, we have not received any request for feedback, so I feel it is important to share our experience for couples considering this venue. Owners: TC and Jessica - TC often made statements and then tried to go back on them; Jessica stated that she did not know what was included in packages and tried to use updated ones instead of the package we booked over a year prior Coordinator: Janet - consistently messed up details despite “noting them in our file” From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. Information on Falls website, Aisle Go (booking platform), and what was discussed in person often conflicted, leaving us unclear about what was actually included in our package. We were also verbally offered upgrades that were later denied because they were not documented. During planning, several details we finalized were repeatedly recorded incorrectly despite multiple corrections. A month before the wedding, I discovered our cake order had not been submitted to the bakery. At our tasting, there was no cake available because the bakery had been given the wrong date. We also learned shortly before the wedding that access to the venue was limited to two hours before the event unless additional fees were paid, a policy that was never disclosed during booking. We also experienced issues with vendors included through Falls. One photographer never responded despite multiple follow-up attempts. With the DJ service, promised deadlines were missed, edited songs were not provided until the morning of our wedding, some edits were incorrect, and ceremony music was mistimed. Unfortunately, many wedding-day details were also wrong despite being discussed repeatedly during planning meetings. These included: • Incorrect chair sash placement • Wrong centerpiece setup • Champagne placed at our sweetheart table despite being offered an alternative • Food and drinks promised during photos that were never provided • Wrong sauce served with pasta • An aisle runner that was never placed • Incorrect dessert table setup • Guestbook table not set up until requested • Incorrect table numbers and seating arrangements that required correction by our wedding party Several guests reported never receiving wedding cake, despite having two tiers available. We were also told leftover desserts and cake would be packed up for us, but that did not occur as promised. When weather forced our ceremony indoors, staff made no effort to protect the floral arrangements we had paid for. Decorations were damaged or went missing, and one item supplied by our florist was never returned. There were also not enough chairs set up for guests at the indoor ceremony. Additional concerns included staff appearing frustrated when questions were raised and multiple guests reporting that the bartender was wearing headphones and talking on the phone while serving drinks. No wedding is perfect, but the number of communication issues, planning errors, and wedding-day mistakes was extremely disappointing. What was most frustrating is that nearly every issue involved the venue or vendors contracted through Falls, while the vendors we hired independently performed exactly as expected. I wish I could leave a more detailed review. I hope future couples or event hosts reconsider using this venue.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely beautiful venue ! The Falls Banquet exceeded our expectations from start to finish\. The space is stunning, the staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, and every detail is handled with so much care\. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was elegant, and everything ran so smoothly\. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a wedding or special event, I highly recommend The Falls Banquet\! 🤍✨

Had a wedding here this past weekend and when I say it was actually horrendous, staff was extremely rude. Wedding ceremony was terrible. It started to rain and they had the guest outside pouring down rain unfortunately saw the bride and they stopped the wedding to move it inside before the bride even came out they should’ve moved us in the back or had a rain plan because we were outside already when it started to rain things were so unorganized they played the wrong song for the bride to walk down the aisle was outside. This place only cares about money. They don’t care that they ruined something special on someone’s beautiful day. They should’ve looked at the forecast to see when it was starting to rain

Uno de los meseros es un real mal educado y grocero, el DJ se robo una gafas de diseñador y la chica a cargo no quiso revisar las cámaras que la única manera de probar que el DJ es un ladron todos se ponen de acuerdo en este tipo de conducta , supongo que el dueño no lo sabe pero personas así no deberían darle libertad en un negocio con tantas malas mañas . No renten este lugar porque no puedes descuidarte y si estamos en fiesta y celebrando no es para estar pendiente a que no se nos pierda nada.

Had a horrible experience with the staff here. Extremely rude and racist. Stay away, especially if you’re planning an Indian wedding. We were trying to have an initial conversation with the rep and he slammed his hands on the table and said “what’s your budget” when we asked for their packages.

We were trying to book them for an event and scheduled a visit The person was so rude and unprofessional that we had to walk out. The person kept asking what is your budget and refused to show us around. There are some prices mentioned on their website but he would not talk about them and he give us a very very high number. Basically telling us we cannot afford this and we should leave. Edit: we called in advance letting you know we were running late and asked if it was okay, and you said it was fine. The reply from the owner is false. They never even gave us any pricing at all. They looked at us, said “what is your budget, anything under $107k we don’t want to speak with you” which actually is not out of our budget - we’re planning an Indian wedding. This felt extremely racially motivated. I will be sharing this experience with my community to ensure that no one looks this venue. I’ve toured over 15 wedding venues in the area and never have experienced such terrible customer service. Every other venue that exists has clear packages with a price per person. The owners need to learn how to talk to people with basic respect.

A nice venue with an elegant atmosphere and a good setup for special events. The space was clean, well-organized, and provided a comfortable environment for gatherings and celebrations. The service was professional, though there is some room for improvement in making the experience even smoother during larger events.
