Messed my screen up, there was black spots and glitches over it, and he tried to say that it was already there when I have video proof that it wasn’t and charged me 50 juts to take the screen off and power off the phone didn’t replace it or anything and very disrespectful

We have thoroughly reviewed our service records for the past two months and have found no repair, service, or customer record under your name that matches the claims made in your review. Our technician has over 25 years of professional experience in electronics repair, and we stand behind the quality and professionalism of our work. Customers are absolutely entitled to share their genuine experiences. However, posting inaccurate or misleading claims about a business without a verifiable service record is not acceptable. Personal opinions do not justify making statements that unfairly damage the reputation of our business or our technician. If you were in fact a customer, please provide your repair ticket, receipt, or the date of service so that we can verify your claim and address it accordingly. Until such information is provided, we have no record or evidence supporting the experience described in this review.
