Had a wonderful massage from Rachael at Gentle Place. She's an excellent massage therapist - been seeing her for several years. She knows how to find my knots and tight muscles, and assist with destressing. I've had a few sports injuries over the years (mostly overuse from running and tennis) and Rachael knows how to work those sore areas.
