The front office staff has been a part of our lives since my daughter was just an infant, and now she’s almost 7! Throughout all these years, they have been nothing but kind, welcoming, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Every teacher we’ve had has been amazing, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s such a wonderful feeling knowing your child is surrounded by people who genuinely care. We have absolutely loved being part of the Goddard family all these years and are so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication they’ve shown our daughter. Goddard will always hold a special place in our hearts! ❤️

Major reform is needed at this daycare. The quality of care and professionalism from some staff members is extremely concerning. While there are genuinely exceptional employees who care about the children and take their jobs seriously, unfortunately, in my experience, the negative behavior of other staff members overshadows their hard work. The good employees should not have to carry the weight of those who refuse to do their jobs properly. One of the most disturbing incidents involved a teacher telling a child to pick up food that had fallen on the floor and eat it instead of providing a replacement meal. That is unacceptable. Children deserve to be treated with care and dignity, and providing basic, appropriate care should be the bare minimum. I have also had concerns about staff members who appear to smell like marijuana, spend excessive time on their phones, and walk around instead of remaining in their assigned classrooms and properly supervising the children. This is not just an individual employee problem; the culture needs to change. Management needs to establish clear expectations, enforce accountability, and ensure that every employee takes their responsibilities seriously. The exceptional staff members cannot fix these problems by themselves, nor should they be expected to compensate for the lack of professionalism of their coworkers. Parents entrust daycare centers with their children’s safety, well-being, and development. That responsibility should never be taken lightly. It takes an entire team that is committed to doing the job right, not just a handful of dedicated employees trying to make up for everyone else. This daycare needs meaningful changes in its culture, leadership, supervision, and accountability. The exceptional employees deserve a better working environment, children deserve better care, and parents deserve peace of mind. Until meaningful improvements are made, I would have a difficult time recommending this daycare to other families.

The Goddard School of Round Rock is a very high quality daycare. Our son went there for little over 1 year (3.5-4.5 years old) and we had the best experience! All the teachers are very caring, the facility is very clean and they respond well to all the requests. Shout-out to Ms. Carla, Ms. Liz, Ms. Sharan and Ms. Sam who were my son's teachers in two different classes and kudos to Ms. Elsa and Ms. Maria, Ms. Amanda and Ms. Sarah for managing it so well, and kudos to owner Mr. Ryan, who also sits at the facility btw, for managing it so well. I wish they had a tie-up with Murchison elementary school for after school care.

My child attended from when she was 1 until graduation. It was a wonderful experience. Excellent teachers and staff. She learned a ton, made friends, ate delicious food, felt safe and loved. We are grateful to Goddard for everything.

I could not say enough great things about this place. My daughter is 5 and has been here since she was 2.5. Every class has been great and the office staff is so kind, genuine, and always helpful! Mrs. Marquita is a teacher that I thought I could only wish for. The way she cares for these kids and takes the time to not only teach them but to learn about them as individuals is truly unmatched! She has gone above and beyond with teaching the kids curriculum and getting them ready for the "real world". She preaches kindness daily and helps build their confidence and trust in themselves. I could go on and on about her. Put it this way, when your child tells every person in their life about their teacher and that they love her + they are ready for kinder but not to leave Mrs. Marquita then you know you have the best of the best!

So much can change in just a few months, and we are feeling extra grateful today for the incredible teachers at The Goddard School of Round Rock. ​Watching my youngest reach so many developmental leaps in the infant room has been such a joy. A huge thank you to Ms. Bri for providing such a safe, nurturing environment where those "firsts" are celebrated every single day. ​At the same time, seeing my Pre-K child’s love for learning take flight has been amazing. Ms. Marquita, thank you for making the classroom a place of discovery and fun. Hearing about all the new things learned at school is always the highlight of our day! ​We are so lucky to have this team in our corner. 🍎✨

My two children have been attending Goddard since late last year and has been an excellent experience. They have all the proper procedures and protocols in place. This is especially important to us because my kids were allergic to eggs. It's obvious the owner truly cares about his employees and also puts in a lot time and effort in providing the proper care for children as I see him on-site more often than not. Special thanks to Ms. Lacey, Lizz, Angie, Kat, Lorie, Venee, Erin, Sarah, Elsa, Amanda, Maria!!!

Our two children, ages 3 and 1, have been attending The Goddard School on Gattis School since September 2025, and our only regret is not starting here sooner. We previously attended another daycare from infancy, and the difference has truly been night and day. The Goddard School has been an exceptional experience for our family. The front office team, Sarah, Amanda, Elsa, and Maria, are incredibly attentive and organized while still maintaining a warm, personal touch. They know every child by name and always greet us with genuine kindness. It has gotten to the point where our 3-year-old insists on stopping by the front office to say goodbye before we leave each day. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the teachers. Our 1-year-old started in the infant class with Ms. Lacey and Ms. Lizz, who created the sweetest crafts and clearly care deeply for the children. They supported us through developmental transitions such as dropping naps and moving away from the bottle with guidance and flexibility, never pressure. She is now in the First Steps class with Ms. Angie and Ms. Kat, who go above and beyond in celebrating holidays and milestones. We especially appreciate the adorable photos they share. Day to day, they keep the toddlers engaged with creative activities like planting, sensory play, reading, and bubbles. It is clear they put thought into making each day fun and enriching. Our 3-year-old is in the Preschool class with Ms. Lorie, Ms. Venee, and Ms. Erin, a true dream team. Ms. Lorie’s experience shines through in how effortlessly she manages a classroom of 3-year-olds. Our child loves school so much that she plays “school” at home and eagerly tells us about her day. She comes home singing songs she has learned, including days of the week, months of the year, even in Spanish, and colors in both English and Spanish. We were especially impressed when she came home excited to tell us about the water cycle. We would also be remiss not to mention Paula, the chef. Both of our children started with food allergies, and she worked closely with us and the teachers to ensure they received safe, nutritious meals. That level of care and attention has meant so much to us. As a school, they consistently put the children first. For example, transitions to the next classroom are handled gradually over one to two weeks instead of all at once, which made a big difference for our family. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community.
