Just wanted to say thank you to the super kind worker from the great house company who drove their truck and has a shirt with their logo on it. He stopped to help me with my tire pressure at the gas station where I was having trouble on a very very hot day.

Greathouse has our highest recommendation. We hired them for our major pool and pavilion project, and the expertise/professionalism/consideration that every team member brought deserves praise. Sam Champion’s vision and Josh Buskirk’s execution gave us peace of mind and a beautiful, tightly run project that stayed on budget and within our timeline. From the grading to retaining walls to irrigation to sod to stonework and choosing beautiful native plantings, our property was always in great hands. They even built custom cedar flower and garden beds with irrigation drip! Greathouse communicates and delivers. We recommend that you trust these highly experienced professionals!

We had Greathouse install a backyard landscape design that we sourced online. They were incredible. I'd work with them again in a minute. They were responsive and flexible and they did what they said they'd do. They worked with me on price to get the design I wanted at a price I could live with. It was worth every penny. I can't recommend them enough!

We have been long time clients of the Greathouse Company. They always deliver on keeping our yard tidy and beautiful week to week. We have been very pleased also working with them on larger scale landscape planning and installations. Everyone I’ve worked with at the company is knowledgable, very kind, and they clearly have a passion for and pride in their work. They’ve really built a wonderful team! Where I truly was blown away was this week during Nashville’s devastating ice storm. Our account manager, Debbie, (who has always gone above and beyond for us and I’m so grateful to partner with her!!) texted me the morning all of nashville woke up to trees down and no power asking about the status of our trees and yard. I gave her the update and she immediately put in a request for clean up. We were away without power for almost 6 days but when we returned we not only returned to a warm house but the aftermath outside had already been taken care of by the hardworking Greathouse team. We will be forever grateful for their care and swift response in a time of great need. Many thanks today and always!!

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would recommend anyone considering Greathouse for their landscaping to look elsewhere. Low quality work. Poor communication. Incomplete warranty work.
