Great company and people! Alvin gave us a good deal and as a few years ago answered all questions. Janice is great in the office, and Ramiro did a fantastic job on all our grout. I highly recommend them.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The company and the person that did the work on my outside porch grout were perfect. You can use this company without any reservations.

Alvin sent Diego to our house on a Saturday even though we gave him very short notice that we needed to help on Friday evening Because the people who were supposed to Repair our tiles and grout from the Grout Doctors Walked off the job on Thursday morning with no notice and didn’t return on Friday at all and no phone call. They told us it would take two days to do the work and Diego did it in one day on Saturday. Alvin and the Grout medic came through for us in a pinch since we already had our washer and dryer And utility sink removed from the laundry room and had paid a plumber to remove the toilet in a powder room. Diego arrived on Saturday morning and was able to complete the entire job by himself. In one day and we were able to replace the Washer and dryer, utility sink, and toilet the next day. I will always steer anybody I know away from the Grout Doctors Because of their poor communication and for walking off the job. I highly recommend the Grout Medics For their quick communication and their quality of work and there were no surprises. I have already recommended them to some friends of mine and I’m sure they will be just as happy as we are with the work they provide. I will try and leave them before and after pictures.

I had a great experience with The Grout Medic of Fox Valley. Alvin, the owner, was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with from the start. We had cracked 12-inch floor tiles and grout that had darkened badly over the years, especially in high-traffic kitchen areas. The technician who did the work (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name — he was excellent) did a fantastic job. The tile replacements blended perfectly using our spare tiles, and the grout cleaning and recoloring completely transformed the floor. The work made my floor look brand new, and the price was very good. It honestly feels like I got a new floor without paying the new-floor price tag. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend The Grout Medic of Fox Valley to anyone needing tile or grout repair or restoration.

The Grout Medic of Fox Valley did a wonderful job re-grouting and re-caulking my master shower. They made a 38 year old shower look brand new! They were very professional, polite and cleaned up the work site after the job. We are having a lot of work done on our home in preparation for the sale and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. All interactions from the detailed quote, phone conversations while scheduling, and email communications have been positive.

Alvin and his team did a first rate job on our master and hallway bathrooms. They replaced broken tiles, grout and pieces of wall board, and also re-painted the master ceiling. We needed a couple more pieces of tile to complete the job, and they returned to finish the job after the tile arrived. We are very happy with the results.

Alvin and his team were super professional, patient and understanding with my large tile repair and regrouting of my tile. The job was very challenging because of my tile was over 10 years old and the company had gone out of business, and I thought my Husband had bought extra tile oops! he bought the wrong tile. So, project was delayed significantly, Alvin had a great idea of replacing the missing tile with a Mosiac design in the laundry room and it looks great we worked through all the issues presented, and his worker Deigo did an excellent job. I applaud his ability to work with challenging problems being able to be work pleasantly with me and patiently. Thank you, Alvin and your team, for doing an outstanding job despite the obstacles we incurred. I would highly recommend his Company for your tile needs.

We had The Grout Medic of FoxValley out yesterday to work on all our bathrooms as well as our foyer. The bathrooms and foyer look like NEW! Ramero did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was kind, professional, extremely skilled and did a beautiful job of cleaning up. It was a pleasure to work with Alvin (the owner). His customer service is impeccable. We have already recommended them to family and friends. A+++ to the entire team! We certainly will be calling them back again in the near future!
