The Growing Years Learning Centers (Cary, NC)

My child attended this school for a few months, and our experience raised several concerns. He was frequently sick and often came home with red eyes. I was concerned about cleanliness, although I cannot say what caused his symptoms.<br><br>During his time there, I did not see meaningful learning progress or a clear, structured curriculum. Some teachers were caring and tried to support the children, but they often appeared overwhelmed. I was concerned about the number of children assigned to individual teachers, though I cannot confirm whether those arrangements violated staffing requirements.<br><br>Communication and organization were also disappointing. The director called me by the wrong name despite our interactions over several months, and my child’s belongings were repeatedly misplaced or went missing, including two bottles and a pair of shoes. I eventually had to contact the director’s supervisor to resolve the missing shoes, which were replaced.<br><br>I ultimately withdrew my child. While I appreciated the efforts of some teachers, my concerns about cleanliness, classroom support, learning, and management left me unable to recommend this school.

I have never had such a huge group of women that have a loving and supportive relationship with my children! TGY is more than a daycare; they are family!

The growing years staff are amazing! Everyone makes you feel welcomed. Their facility is also very clean. My daughter enjoys the teachers even the ones she didn’t get the chance to be in their class she still runs up to them and carry a conversation. If I ever had any concerns or questions Ms Jessica was always so supportive and jumped right on it and/or helped in any way she could!

I had such a wonderful experience with Jessica, the daycare director! She was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful throughout our experience. She always made me feel welcomed and was very patient and understanding when answering any questions I had. You can truly tell that she cares about the children and the families at the daycare. Jessica’s positive attitude and willingness to help made everything so much easier. I really appreciate everything she did and would definitely recommend this daycare to other families!

My child has been going here since 8/2025 and really enjoys going to the Growing Years. The school is clean. The teachers are sweet. We’ve never had any issues. We e had issues and concerns at a previous facility so we are thankful for the love shown in the school.<br><br>Also Ms. Jessica is always amazing and positive when we walk through the door! She has a bright attitude and loving spirit with all the kids and staff when I’m there. THAT IS REFRESHING.<br><br>I would recommend any parent looking for a safe and reliable place for your star 🌟 child.<br><br>Thanks to the Growing Years Learning Center Team!!!

As a first-time mom, I was very nervous about putting my daughter in daycare. After touring this facility, I immediately knew it was the right choice. I love that they have cameras, which gives me peace of mind and allows me to check in on her throughout the day. My daughter absolutely loves going to school! The staff is amazing and truly cares for each child. The facility is always clean, and I love that the children are not only being cared for but are also learning and participating in activities. The director, Ms. Jessica, is incredibly personable and does a wonderful job running the facility. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, clean, caring, and educational environment for their child!

My daughter still loves her days that she gets to come to this amazing center....<br><br>Everything is so clean and the kids all leave with the biggest smiles on there faces<br><br>I fell like we have found our second family<br>!!<br><br>Mrs Jessica is still one of daughter's favorite!<br><br>Since my daughter has been going here I have been nothing but happy!<br><br>The work and care that they provide every day goes above and beyond what I have seen anywhere else!<br><br>Mrs Jessica has made this center top tier!<br><br>She cares for all her staff and kiddos!!!<br><br>Keep being amazing!!!!!

I was very scared and nervous putting my baby in daycare. I found this daycare toured the facility and I knew immediately it was the right choice for my daughter. As a first time mom I loved that they have cameras so I could watch her. My daughter loves going to her school! They are amazing, these ladies really take care of each and every child! The facility is clean and the kids aren’t just running around they are actually learning things. The director Jessica is soo personable and runs this facility very well! If you’re looking for a daycare please choose this one.

Loved working with the Growing Years Team on events for the kids! Super communicative.

Let me start off by saying, my son briefly went to another neighboring daycare, and the experience was absolutely horrid. At first, my husband and I were nervous to enroll him into TGY, based on previous experiences. However, TGY HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Our son is 2 and he is very very shy around strangers. However, over the past few weeks, TGY has helped with his social skills, academia, vocabulary, and overall comfortability. From the first tour with Mrs.Debbie to classroom enrollment with Mrs.Lisa, we could not be happier :)
