Have had four cleanings with this company and three different cleaners. Website indicates they like to use the same cleaner each time so they get to know your house. Incorrect. Phone number listed is disconnected. After last “cleaning” where they failed to wipe counters, clean toilets, or even sweep I called in for their 24 hour guarantee. Was able to connect with them the first time and promised a call back within 5 minutes. Didn’t hear a thing going on an hour plus. Avoid this place if you can.

Hi William and Lana, we’re sorry the cleaning fell short and that you were left waiting for a callback. We also understand how frustrating the cleaner changes have been when you were expecting consistency.
After speaking with you, we released the payment hold, so there is no charge for this cleaning, and canceled your future appointments. We respect your preference not to have a return visit.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re addressing the cleaning and communication concerns with our team, and we’re sorry we didn’t provide the care and reliability you expected from us.
Thank you for the fantastic review and recommendation, Janet! It means so much to our team to know you had a great experience. We really appreciate your support! 🤍

The staff at Haus Keepers was amazing, the work was even better. Exceptional job all around. I had a move out clean and Crystal did a fabulous job! Not one surface was omitted from the cleaning process. The detailed description of the move out clean was exactly what was delivered. I would recommend The Haus Keepers to anyone, and in fact I did and my friend received the same exceptional results. I will certainly be calling The Haus Keepers again for my next job!

This kind of feedback means more to us than you know, S! Thank you for recognizing the thought and attention our team puts into every service, and especially for acknowledging Crystal’s work. We’re proud to know that the experience matched what you were promised and that you felt the difference in the details. Even more meaningful is hearing that you trusted us enough to recommend The Haus Keepers to a friend. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your home’s transition, and we look forward to caring for your space again whenever you need us.
My shower (which is my top priority) hasn't looked this good since it was brand new) none of the other clearers have ever been able to get rid of the stains. The whole house looks like it was cleaned! Cudo’s to Heidi!
