Who knew I had to be taught how to breathe, lol?? I wasn't sure what to expect going into my first breath work class, but it was an enlightening experience and I have returned for more. Eric was a fantastic instructor, talking us through the entire process. I was amazed at how much more open my chest felt after the session, and the prompts he offered brought up a variety of emotions. As with all the classes here, the space is calming and everyone is so welcoming. Highly recommend!

I attended a Women's Healing Heart Circle, and it was an absolutely beautiful and welcoming space to open up and share. I felt so peaceful and safe among the women in this circle. Also, I had purchased a class, but was unfortunately not able to attend. Angel was absolutely amazing in communicating how to proceed with adding a credit to my account. I would highly recommend anyone check out their various weekly events!
