I’m so grateful for the care and guidance I’ve received from Dr Katie. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and understand your individual needs.
I’ve learned a lot from her counseling and appreciate how she looks at the whole picture rather than just focusing on one issue. She genuinely wants me to feel my best and encourages me along the way.
So very happy with the care that I receive and would encourage anyone looking for nutritional help and guidance to reach out. She is also an amazing chiropractor. I’ve received a few adjustments that worked wonders.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Katie! She uses applied kinesiology, which has been incredibly effective for my body. I truly appreciate that she never over-treats or overprescribes. Instead, she focuses exactly on what you need to heal. She even gave me free samples and helpful home exercises that helped manage my costochondritis. Highly recommend her honest, skilled, and conservative approach to wellness!"

Dr Katie is a FABULOUS person. She is passionate about helping women and is extremely knowledgeable on balancing those tricky hormones! Having your GP and GYN is a good thing, but having a holistic doctor like Katie on your team adds that extra OOMPH for being the healthiest you that you can be! Be your own advocate, and be sure to add on this amazing functional nutritionist and chiro to your team!

I love that Dr. Katie muscle tests the body. She knows exactly what adjustments are needed and nothing more. My body feels better every time I leave her office. And she's a great person too! You can't go wrong in her care.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Health Improvement Center! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted at the doorway, and I felt welcome and at ease. Dr. Katie took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment plan clearly, and answered all my questions. After a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and a huge reduction of pain in my leg. The office is clean, very well organized and has a relaxing ambience. I highly recommend Dr. Katie to anyone looking for compassionate, effective, chiropractic care!

At age 60, I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer (a very agressive cancer). Dr. Katie Thompson coached me on my diet, prescribed special nutritional supplements, advised me, and helped me get through the 16 weeks of chemotherapy very well! I was able to continue working, and my oncologist was very impressed with how well i did. Dr. Katie is awesome.
