Great class amazing instructor.
I drop in occasionally and the staff is always very kind. I’m far from the best at these classes but I don’t feel judged. Even when I’ve had to step out. Def worth a visit.

Not just body transformation, mental clarity and inspiration for all that life brings outside the studio! Love sweatin it out with my friends, family + Hot Room Community! I've visited numerous heated fitness studios in Texas, Florida, Chicago, Louisiana -- there truly is no place like home at The Hot Room 🤩 Highly recommend - don't know where I'd be without their support while caring for and losing my dad to lung cancer.
