I rescued this girl unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. I was not planning to get a second dog but she just happened upon us. I took her to Dr. Haithcox and have been truly BLOWN away not just by Dr. Haithcox but every single person in that office. The last couple weeks with her health have been a major roller coaster for me, and my girl Rosie. Dr. Haithcox and her team helped me to make some big and tough decisions for my pup and walked me through everything, literally holding my hand through the process. They provided so much support, encouragement and guidance. I could not have gone through this process without them. There’s no doubt about that. They care for my girl as much as I do and that’s all I can ask for. I never once felt rushed with the staff and never felt like I was an annoyance with all my questions. They got us in quickly for appointments and showed both of us so much love from the second we walked into the door. I can’t thank Dr. Haithcox and her team enough. They are true blessings in my life and most importantly my pup’s life.

I cannot recommend The Integrative Veterinary Clinic enough! They are the absolute best. We started with our glaucoma dog, after a bout of vestibular disease. They worked on him so well and have helped him recover and continue to thrive.
Most recently, we have taken our overweight dog to see Dr. O. He is absolutely terrible at the vet. I prepared them ahead of time he is really bad and has to be muzzled. They were never concerned. I have never had an appointment where he didn't scream, despite having a soft muzzle on.
His appointment was without incident. He did not scream. They were able to draw blood, AND cut his nails without a single scream, growl or thrash. I cannot even articulate how shocked I was!!!
They are absolutely the best. Incredible team and facility. I 100% trust them with all of our fur babies!

Cancelled my appt. claimed I did not pay in advance after my 2nd cancellation after I called to pre-pay. Office said I was supposed to pay by noon the previous day. Nowhere in my voicemail or text did it say by noon. I called within 24 hours of their message and 24 hours before my appointment. Now almost 3 months later get a text stating checkup is due. Seemed like I did not receive equal treatment.

Dr. Towles is a phenomenal vet who truly cares for the "human" clients and their fur babies! I have used Dr. Towles since 2009 and was thrilled to find her a few days a week at the Integrative Veterinary Clinic in Westfield! She cared for our 4 Lhasa Apsos, which have all passed on as of February of this year. She now has my 2/9-week Lhasa Apso puppies! I could not be happier with her care, expertise and integrative approach to veterinary care.

My two year-old golden doodle was traumatized by a previous Vet. She was shaking as always, very fearful when I took her in. Everyone there was so kind, and just the voices alone calmed her. She felt the good energy and wasn’t shaking by the end of the appointment. I appreciate ilthe knowledge that they exhibited, the kindness that they used with my dog, and the explanations and willingness to work with me on cost and alternatives.
