Most seamless, pleasant process for a move I’ve ever had. Especially in Hoboken. I’ve used the larger moving companies and had very bad experiences, but the owner and his team were so nice and professional throughout the whole process. It was a move and store for a couple of days, great price, and really went above and beyond. I had a bar cart with glass that got broken on the move out, which is no problem accidents happen and I was just planning on getting new pieces of glass cut. Then the owner called and said he took the measurements and got new pieces of glass and brought them with the rest of my things during the move in. Also unmounted and remounted the TV. Definitely recommend!

Called #, got an AI agent that said someone would call me back. No call back. Went online, booked Calendly appointment. No one called me at prescribed time, or ever (bad business when people have work and are carving out time for a call for an estimate). Texted “live agent” # multiple times after missed calendly. No answer. Called AI agent back said someone would be in touch but never received. All over the course of 2 days.

We had a great experience with The Jersey Movers. They helped us move my father-in-law’s belongings from his apartment in Hoboken to a nursing home in Union City, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
Coordination was very easy, and their communication was excellent throughout. They were always responsive and clear, which made planning much less stressful.
On the day of the move, they were punctual and arrived right on time. The team worked efficiently and handled everything with care, making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable and even easy.
Overall, their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend The Jersey Movers to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free moving service.

hats off to Chris and his amazing team. They came to the rescue after a horribly failed and canceled move that wasted my entire Friday. I found them on Saturday morning hoping to schedule a move in just a few hours. The team showed up early, packed so quick that they had to wait for the freight elevator for reserved time. They arrived at the new place almost the same time I did. Unpack was also quick and smooth. Really exceeded all my expectation, no wonder they still have 5 star after hundreds of reviews. Stop looking around, choose Chris and his team, you won't regret it.

When needed, they disassembled items such as a bed or a bookcase, carefully packed everything, and arrived fully prepared with all the necessary packing materials — including plastic wrap, moving blankets, and tape for the furniture. Everything was securely wrapped, and they always cleaned up all packing materials afterward, which we truly appreciated.I’d also like to mention how transparent their pricing is — you know exactly what your move will cost in advance, with no surprises. A small tip: if you’re planning a move in July or August, I recommend reaching out early, as it’s a very busy moving season.
