I had never been to a chiropractor and went to The Joint to help with pain from a herniated disc. A few different doctors worked on me but Dr. Stroops was my favorite. She was very attentive and used a variety of techniques. I'm feeling a lot better now!

I’m so! Glad I got the chance to meet Dr.Stroops, I can’t “rave” enough about her! So talented, professional and sweet, she has worked on my back and leg pain and she’s been a true angel for me!! All the receptionists are always professional and sweet as well! I am extremely pleased with the practice!

They still charge me, and trying to get them on the phone with their obvious fake phone number keeps your from getting anywhere. This place is a scam and I wouldn't even joke about sending someone here to someone who was in pain, because they'll be getting ripped off so hard it wouldn't be funny.

Thank you for sharing this. We understand that Wellness Plan billing and cancellation can feel confusing, and we want the process to be as clear and consistent as possible. Everyone who enrolls in a Wellness Plan reviews and signs a written agreement before billing begins, outlining billing cadence, our refund policy, and the cancellation process; a copy is available on request. To keep plan administration consistent, no changes can be made during the first three billing cycles, and after that the plan bills monthly until cancellation is requested in writing with the primary clinic using the proper form.
