I just started coming here about 3 weeks ago. I hadn’t been to a chiropractor in years. My middle back was killing me and my neck. I thought, I think I need an adjustment. So I came in.. haven’t felt this good in a while! I love the 5 minute drop in! I’m not sure you can get that anywhere else!! dR. John is fantastic!! Get in here and get adjusted!!!
For someone who didn't know anything about this entire process the team here handled the entire moment with care. I feel so bad that I forgot the names of the receptionist and the Doctor, but they were there Tuesday October 13th closing. Although I was a tad bit tardy they still helped me and didn't hold it against me. The way they handled things I signed up right away and plan to come back starting tomorrow actually for long term care. Than you team!

When I initially came here I was in desperate need of help, and both Kaitelyn and Dr. Tom have been helping me recover with their expertise and professionalism. The treatment plan being flexible to my schedule is an added benefit. I recommend coming in and letting them take care of you!

Friendly staff and friendly doctors. This monthly package is ideal for my lifestyle, I go in weekly for adjustments and it's always quick an easy. The doctors ask what areas need attention and they tend to it. I've reccomend this place to my friend and family. It's worth the initial visit to give it a try.
I went in to the Lakewood location and saw Dr. Sal on a Saturday. I could not walk or sit due to lower back pain. Dr. Sal took the time to listen to my concerns and I truly felt heard. He was able to adjust me and made recommendations. I returned Monday feeling better, having regained some mobility. Five stars for Dr. Sal. I saw Dr. Tom on Monday and requested he adjust my neck too, in addition to continuing with my lower back/hip adjustments. I could not move my neck for 3 days following that neck adjustment. Opening my jaw to eat was also painful. I was not sure if it was temporary at first but I grew more concerned as the days went on, I even considered going to urgent care. I felt the adjustment was harshly done. I returned Thursday and informed him of what I had experienced and he said that it was both good and bad, good because he was able to adjust and bad because I was in pain. There is nothing good about not being able to move my neck and not being able to open my jaw for 3 days. He said to continue to ice and to return on Monday. My neck still hurts. I called today Monday to see who was working at Lakewood and asked about Dr. Sal’s schedule. I was informed he was at the Cerritos location. I do not mind driving to Cerritos to see a more empathetic and experienced doctor. I will not be retuning to Lakewood.
