Customers frequently cite the punctuality, professionalism, and efficiency of the removal teams, noting that staff members are often polite and helpful during stressful moves or cleanouts. The service is described as reasonably priced and reliable, with some clients appreciating same-day availability and clear communication updates. However, a small number of low-star reviews report instances of missed appointment windows without notification, unexpected price increases beyond initial quotes, and requests for positive reviews before job completion.

Jordan and Kent were great and very professional. They really showed up when I needed some help and were fast, polite and got it done. They work hard and kind to customers. Also junkluggers was efficient as a business platform. Thank you for doing this on Labor Day, not many people or companies would or do and it’s so helpful to have this service when you really need it.
