Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and reasonable pricing as key aspects of the service, noting that crews often complete jobs quickly and handle items with care. While many reviewers highlight the professional demeanor of the staff and the ease of scheduling appointments, some low-star feedback mentions instances of property damage during item removal and disputes regarding time limits or quote accuracy.

I called Friday night and they were able to schedule my appointment for Saturday 8 am. They were on time, professional, great attitude, and team work. They had ALOT to take and did it the whole time with a smile on their face. My dad passed away a few days ago and we needed to get rid of everything as fast as possible to put the home for sale. Having them come so quickly and with such great service made this whole experience absolutely perfect. I couldn't recommend them any higher! If you need to remove items out of your home - this is the place to call! You won't regret it. And the guys Javier and James were super super sweet and finally. Really enjoyed talking with them. They never stopped working the entire time! Thank you for helping us on such short notice and again with a smile on your face! Highly recommend Javier and James - ask for them if possible.
We’re sorry for the loss of your dad, and we’re honored you called on us during such a hard week. Getting a home ready to sell on short notice is a lot to carry, and we’re glad Javier and James could lighten the load with a smile. They’ll be touched to hear how much you enjoyed talking with them! Whatever could be donated or recycled was given a second life, and we’re grateful for your trust and for passing along their names. Junk Luggers of Elgin was great! The crew came on time, were super efficient and friendly. Jarvis and Alexis worked tirelessly to move all of our items. This was our third time using JL and we were not disappointed. They saved our backs and our sanity!!!
Third time and still smiling, we love that! Jarvis and Alexis will be thrilled they saved the day again for your family, Rose.
