This review is not for the clinic itself but for one of the doctors. Dr. Shelton was the pediatrician on staff when I had my baby at Mercy. After an intense labor and 2 long nights of no sleep, he comes in at 5 am to inform me that I need to schedule an appointment with a pediatrician for a 1 week checkup for my baby. Then continues to threaten to call cps if I don't have it done by noon. I was so sleep deprived and was confused, I had assumed he or my midwife was the doctor to do it in a week. And wondered if I was hearing him correctly. After he left the room, I asked my husband if he actually said that. He in fact had. So now I'm sleep deprived and stress induced to find one. He had horrible bedside manner. Definitely didn't schedule my appointment with him. And wouldn't recommend him for anyone else either.

Absolutely awful! They call us last second and change our appointment back So the doc could take off early !!! When we arrive a little behind schedule due to shifting our day around to accommodate THEM , we are told they can’t see us ! Not to mention the lack of of attention upon entering the building where it’s obvious they had other things on their mind other than customer service !! If I could give it no stars I would !
