This place was a great outing for a little comedy relief! The staff, service, and food was great. Looking forward to the next visit!

The little girl answering phone is absolutely RUDE and can't comprehend a joke. She made a threat over the phone and then hung up. That was very Unprofessional. I thought this was a Comedy Environment???
Fraud. I'm giving one star to this establishment, would give less if I could because what I believe to be very questionable charging tactics in this establishment. We recently went to a show on Sunday October 25, 2026, at 7 pm to watch one of our favorite comedians Arnez J., knowing about the two drink minimum me and my wife decided to get two long island ice teas. At no point did we ever request the drinks be made with top shelf alcohol, as a lounge owner the only time that top shelf liquors are requested are when people go directly to the bar or have specialized bottles brought to their table. At no point was the option given for us to select a higher tier alcohol, but when we received our tab for the drinks our bill was $131.50 for three long island ice teas and one pineapple fluffy. We did order doubles on the long island ice teas but not the pineapple fluffy, were charged top tier for all four drinks although we did not ask for top tier on any of our drinks. We strongly feel it necessary to educate the public on this specific establishment and what we believe they are doing to hard working people that just want to show their support for entertainers, but it is definitely not fair for you to take advantage of hardworking Americans. I would use extreme caution when dealing with these people. We reached out to the establishment to get some clarity in this situation and have not received any type of response as of yet. We truly appreciate any venues that are bringing entertainers to our community but it has to be fair for everyone and from industry knowledge, establishments that practice this type of activity are not around for the long haul. Hopefully someone can learn from our experience and save themselves from any future headaches, as far as for this venue get your act together. There is a saying in this industry "You don't have to take advantage or manipulate people to make money". If we receive any response we will update this post, positive or negative. Update: We just received a phone call from management, Ms. Teresa Garza and was informed that there was nothing they were going to do, and I was quite disappointed in her response. She stated customers in the past had requested the top tier spirits for a long island ice tea, although we did not. She also said that we signed the ticket (which was in the dark after all performers had performed) so it was out of her hands to do the right thing even though the spirits was not requested. So just to let the past, present, and future patrons aware, any dispute will not be addressed or resolved. My advice, patronize elsewhere, and we will also be donating an extra $500.00 to San Antonio's homeless population on behalf of Laugh out Loud Comedy club. Its not the money its the principle. We will also be reaching out to Arnez J. to make him aware of these types of activities going on under his name and brand. P.S. Please bring a flashlight to check your bill!

It was my first time here. Everything was GOOD. The wait in line wasn't bad. The wings were good. And the drink i had was good. Very nice place. I know one thing bring a little jacket. Cause it got COLD in there. Im not complaining. I was comfortable. But cold 😆. I will be back.

The place and comedians are great. But there are shady people working there. They need implement tap to pay at the tables. I was there for a show last night to see Liz and someone there took my card (you give them your card and they take it back) and bought things at Walmart and Instacart (all transactions where during the time I was at the club). Around $300. They also tried to buy something from SHEIN for $500. Until they let you pay at the tables, I will go back but not buy anything.
