Google reviewers rate The Laundry Room highly for its clean facilities, modern equipment, and convenient digital payment options. Customers frequently praise the helpful and polite staff who assist with machine issues and provide a welcoming atmosphere. However, lower-rated reviews cite overcrowding, high prices, and poor customer service near closing time, including instances of rude interactions and interrupted laundry cycles.

Ok people im a business owner and i cant tell you how much the owner of the "LAUNDRY ROOM" is lucky to have Christella. The woman does nothing but make sure the place is in beautiful condition. She works non stop and really deserves a big tip jar. She is such a pleasure as well and allways soft sweet and attentive..i just wanted to say thank you Christella for the wonderful job you do for this laundromat that we all share.
Chanel is the best! She helped me with everything from getting detergent to drying. I can tell she takes pride in her job! Thanks Chanel!
Ashley was a complete life saver, I thought I was out for the count, detergent already in multiple machine..... Lmao yes I like all the machines going simultaneously, BUT none worked with my card kept getting refund. Then ASHLEY appeared with her super woman cape on!! JK I walked up to her and asked is it me or the machine. She didn't say me so kudos to her lol she was super calm and informative. I ended up downloading the app lol but it's sticker price unlike scanning in lol a 50€ charge... Crazy works lol but ASHLEY is the reason I'm coming back😁
This place gave me the best laundry experience ever with top vibes and a spotless atmosphere. I met Chanel, who was stunning😌 inside and out, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this spot!!
Good vibes, great machines & prices. Clean facilities.
Vey clean nice people ice cream store right next store lol which is a plus
Clean, newer generation of washers and dryers, decent prices for the deferent sizes, very nice area, and they use both coins and an easy to use App for payments. Check them out!
