I was frustrated, because this was my brother’s life, and our family was desperate for answers. After I voiced my concerns, things changed noticeably. I received calls from multiple people at the firm the very next day, and it was clear that they took my dissatisfaction seriously. I told them I would update my review if I saw results, and I am keeping my word. I especially want to recognize attorney Lauren, who was wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions, communicated with me even at odd hours, and followed up whenever she had questions or needed additional information. The difference in communication and follow-through from the beginning to where we are now was significant, and I genuinely appreciate the effort she put into my brother’s case. Attorney Huval represented my brother at his hearing, and I appreciate his call beforehand to confirm anything that still needed clarification. Although our experience got off to a rough start, I want to give credit where it is due. They took my feedback seriously, improved their communication, and helped our family through an incredibly stressful time.
