It's not hard to answer a simple yes or no question if you handle or your Law Firm handles a contested traffic ticket. You do not need to know the citation number in order to answer if you handled contested traffic tickets. Does your Law Firm like to plead out or actually go to court and fight for the people that are innocent? Because clearly it's to go to court to plead out and get your profit.
Not only does this Law Firm refuse to answer yes or no questions, but they think threatening me at a job I have no place of business in is the correct way to handle a response like this. This is a shameful place of business honestly

We contest tickets, we go to trial, and we take each individual case seriously. It is unfortunate that you chose to publicly criticize a law firm for attempting to gather the information necessary to properly evaluate your situation. I'm contacting the post office in reference to this post.
I was happy with how my case turned out due to their knowledge and customer care. I appreciate what they do and they have saved me from a lot of financial stress.
I am first of all greatful to God for his help. I am also thankful to The Law Offices of Attorney Timothy pavone and his team for standing up for me just when I needed them most. I would recommend to anyone in need of a true hard working team to be there with them in their time of trouble. Thanks very much,God bless.
Terrible customer service! I spoke with the law office clerk named Iens who wasn’t very helpful and hung up on me in the middle of a question. I called back to get clarification and spoke to Joanna the office paralegal who was a little more helpful. Yikes my first impression of this office leaves a lot to be desired! Not sure if I would give them my business! Revised in response to the comment from the owner!! very unprofessional comment and lack of empathy towards customers. How disappointing but not surprising from my previous experience!!!

I looked into this. Nobody here is named Joanna. However two different employees, each explained how rude you were. I’ll take my teams word for it, as they’re fantastic. You’re blocked going forward please do not call us any further asking for help as we will pass.
Absolutely recommend the Law Offices of Attorney Timothy J. Pavone! The staff helped us in an incredibly quick time frame with the best outcome we could have asked for. The staff was friendly and helpful from the first phone call to follow up. They get the job done.
