We came here after a year of having a nanny and were so worried about our little one transitioning. I have nothing but love for all the staff at TLE Arvada West. They have been so very kind, accommodating and communicative with our family. Our little now loves going to "school" and our newest baby is there now too. So happy I found this place for my family. Shout-outs to some of the teachers who have made a special impact on our family: Lolo, Natalie, Tammy, Zoe, Liv, Miranda and Faith. Thank you!

Both of our kids started here at just four months old, so TLE has been a huge part of our lives. No daycare is perfect, and we’ve had a few hiccups over the years, but our overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive because of the incredible teachers. They have loved, encouraged, and cared for our children every step of the way. A special thank you to Miss Rhiannon, Miss Marissa, Miss Lolo, Miss Caley, Miss Sam, Miss Shayna, and all of the amazing teachers who helped shape our kids into the wonderful little people they are today. Your kindness, patience, and dedication mean more than you know. Thank you for six wonderful years. We’ll always be grateful for the care and love you gave our family.

Caley is the kindest! She has been so helpful with any of our needs as a family and our girls just adore her! I’ve never come across someone in childcare who loves what she does like her! What an asset to have on their team! ⭐️

TLE Arvada West has been so wonderful. TLE was recommended to us by some friends we volunteer with at our church’s kids ministry, which helped ease some of the nerves of starting daycare. A couple of those volunteers actually work at some other TLE locations. The Arvada West staff has been absolutely wonderful. You can tell how much they love the kids. The teachers are so sweet and remember details about each kiddo’s day. We highly recommend TLE Arvada West.

I cannot say enough good things about TLE! Shortly after our infant started he had a medical emergency. The teachers and staff responded quickly and we're able to get him the attention and care he needed. Their training and preparation was very apparent and they went above and beyond by making sure he had a familiar face with him until we could get to be with him. We are so happy he has teachers who care for him and love him like their own!

Our family has had such a positive experience here, and it’s entirely because of the incredible women who care for our daughter every day. Huge shout out to Cat and Caley for completely transforming our experience and running this place so well. They are patient, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being and development. It’s clear everyone goes above and beyond—not just meeting expectations, but creating a warm, safe, and joyful environment that we trust completely. As a parent, that peace of mind is everything. I hope the ownership truly recognizes what they have in this team. The quality of care here is a direct reflection of these teachers, and they deserve to be supported, valued, and compensated accordingly! Big love to our Infant A and B room ladies. We’ve had an awesome experience here! Both of my kids have gone to this daycare and we’ve loved it. The staff is super caring, and I always feel good dropping my kids off.

We have had such a wonderful experience at TLE with my daughter. The entire staff is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and truly invested in the children’s growth and happiness. I especially appreciate that Rhiannon incorporates Spanish into the classroom, it’s such a great added benefit and wonderful exposure for the kids, plus my daughter adores her. Cat does an amazing job running TLE; she is extremely kind, professional, and clearly cares about both the families and the staff. Miss Sam, my daughter’s teacher, has been absolutely fantastic. She is so patient, attentive, and genuinely great with the students. It’s obvious how much she cares, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my daughter is in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend TLE to any parent looking for a nurturing, well-run daycare with an outstanding team.
