TLE is amazing. We have our 3 year in the school and the teachers are just amazing with my son, they are caring and patient with him, they give him extra attention when he is a little more emotional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Learning Experience in Gilbert! As a first-time mom putting my son in daycare, I was honestly nervous and emotional about the whole experience. As a single mom, finding a place where I could feel completely comfortable leaving my son was especially important to me — and this school has exceeded every expectation I had.
From the very beginning, the entire staff has made us feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. My son is so happy there, and seeing how comfortable and excited he is when he walks through the doors means everything to me. ❤️
I want to give a very special thank-you to Miss Madi, who has become my son’s absolute favorite teacher. The love, patience, and care she shows him is truly something special. I’m so grateful that he has a teacher he feels so connected to. Miss Jessica has also been absolutely amazing and has made such a positive impact on my son and our experience.
I also want to recognize Shawna, the director, along with Miss Tera and Miss Diana. The leadership, communication, kindness, and genuine care they show to the children and families are incredible. And honestly, every teacher and staff member at this location deserves recognition. You can tell that they truly care about the children and want them to feel safe, loved, and happy.
As a single mom, this daycare has made what could have been a very difficult transition into one of the best experiences I could have asked for. Knowing that my son is happy, learning, growing, and being loved while I’m at work gives me such peace of mind.

Our family is so grateful for Shawna and the whole Learning Experience team! We moved here from another daycare and only wish we had done it sooner. The building and classrooms are extremely clean and toys and activities are plentiful. My son is actually learning and not just doing free play all day. Ms. Amy and the TLE crew have been nothing but amazing. Most AZ preschools offer babysitters, not teachers. Ms. Amy has put in such delicate time taking care of her staff and the kids and it truly shows, the teachers follow their guided curriculum for our little ones and my nieces and nephews love Ms.Amy and the fun characters this place offers. When my little one was having behavior problems (biting and scratching) the crew took on this challenge as we were dealing with the same issues at home and they handled it with such grace! Ms. Amy helped us redirect our little one into safer behaviors and also gave us tips and tricks to help at home, you really can tell she has a passion for this type of work just by the way she takes care of our babies.
