The Learning Experience - Omaha West

We have been with TLE for just over a month now and we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare for our daughter! She is very shy so it means so much to us to see how patient, kind, and caring everyone has been with her. They are doing such an amazing job helping her feel comfortable, open up, and come out of her shell at her own pace. The facility is very clean bright and inviting. The app is awesome also, getting pictures and updates thoughout the day is great knowing she is having a good day. We truly appreciate all the love, attention, and encouragement they give her. It means more to us than they know to see our daughter being cared for so well. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, and we are so thankful for everything they do for her!

Absolutely love all the teachers and staff at The Learning Experience West! Their curriculum is amazing and our little one is so happy when being dropped off and picked up. The events that they put on to involve parents and grandparents are always so well organized and so much fun! Would recommend The Learning Experience West to everyone and anyone!

As first time parents, we were VERY selective - probably annoyingly so - when it came to figuring out childcare for our son. We originally didn’t even want to do daycare and were pretty set on having an in home nanny, but the more we thought about it, the more we realized there were things we just couldn’t give him at home. Being around other babies, learning how to socialize, having a routine outside of us, and just getting that exposure before eventually going to school felt really important. The Learning Experience specifically on P Street had been recommended to us multiple times, so we finally decided to check it out and honestly left our tour like… wait, did we just find his daycare? 🥹 Everyone was super nice and accommodating, especially with me being an extreme type A person but somehow managing to because very much a type B (or Z at this point) after having my son. They showed us everything, answered all of our questions (we were those parents with a laundry list of questions - most of which were answered turning the tour), and I loved how much thought actually goes into their days (and events, theme days, etc). Multiple teachers in the rooms, their own sleep spaces, ASL and Spanish, numbers, emotions, social skills, etc. It’s not just somewhere he goes while we’re working—he’s actually learning and developing while he’s there and you can see it in real time at home. Introducing foods, motor skills, emotions, communication - almost feel streamlined somehow better now with him in daycare than full time at home. And he LOVES it. That’s probably the biggest thing for me. He’s happy when we drop him off, he's positive and smiley (and flirty) with his teachers or up front staff, he’s happy in the very much anticipated and appreciated adorable pictures they send us throughout the day, and he’s happy when we pick him up. We got our first little piece of “school artwork” that is obviously still on our fridge 🤍 and we’ve watched him continue hitting milestones and learning new things. Being around the other babies has been way better than I honestly expected and that’s something we wouldn’t have been able to give him with the nanny we originally thought we wanted. Obviously germs were one of my biggest daycare fears because… babies are.. babies and cute and messy and not the ocd germ freak like me but I was really impressed with how clean they keep everything and how in depth their daily AND weekly cleaning is. He’s had his first daycare cold and a stubborn diaper rash since starting, and his teachers have been amazing through both. They follow everything we ask, communicate with us, and honestly go above and beyond with his care. Leaving your baby with other people is HARD, especially your first baby, but I genuinely don’t worry about whether he’s being loved on and taken care of while he’s there and drop off to me doesn’t feel like I thought. He happy and ready to go see his friends and school and that both warms my heart and (breaks it 🤍). We wanted somewhere that could become a home away from home not only for him, but hopefully his future siblings too, and I really feel like we found that here. We’re so thankful for his teachers and everyone who takes care of our little dude every day. 🖤

We've been at The Learning Experience West since my son started, and it's been such a good fit for our family. Our first week had a few hiccups, but the staff sat down with us right away and worked through everything together. That responsiveness told me a lot about how they operate. The staff are kind and caring, and you can tell they're genuinely there for the kids. Bri, the director, is incredible. I've never felt so supported at a childcare center, and I'm not even the one being cared for. My son loves going every day, and the growth has been noticeable. Being around other kids his age has helped his talking take off, and at two years old he's already telling us when he needs to go potty, which feels ahead of schedule to me. I also love the environment. It's colorful and fun, and the curriculum is clearly well thought out. They use characters tied to different learning topics so the kids can connect and remember what they're learning. This isn't just childcare, it's a school and a family. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that truly cares for their child.

My daughter loved going to this daycare from the first week she started. All of the teachers are wonderful and the administrative staff are very helpful. We will miss this daycare as we start school.

Great daycare and great staff! Our kids really enjoyed it! Lots of activities summer activities for the kids. Our kids and us are going to miss the amazing teachers and management staff!

Our family has children in multiple age groups at The Learning Experience, and we have had such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the communication has been excellent. The staff keeps us informed, answers questions promptly, and truly partners with parents. What stands out most is the incredible team of teachers and instructors. Every one of them has been kind, caring, and genuinely invested in our children’s growth and happiness. It’s clear they build meaningful relationships with the kids, and our children have formed real friendships and connections that they look forward to every day. As a parent, I always feel comfortable bringing up any questions or concerns because everyone is approachable, listens, and truly cares. It’s reassuring to know our children are in an environment where they are loved, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. We are so grateful for everything The Learning Experience has done for our family and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nurturing, engaging, and welcoming place for their children.

We've been going to The Learning Experience for almost 2 years now and have been really happy with our experience! The teachers have all been kind and caring, and the owners/management are always upfront and honest about challenges or willing to listen to any concerns we've had! I also appreciate their flexibility with allowing part time care, and our school age daughter has joined for the summer. Highly recommend the learning experience!

I toured many child care centers before choosing the learning experience. Out of all the centers I visited, their learning curriculum match what my son needed the most headed into kindergarten. I highly recommend this daycare center. The facility is always clean, and provides a safe and environment for my son. The staff is professional, and seem like the really care for my boy. I especially want to recognize Mr. John for his outstanding work. He is compassionate, and takes the time to build positive relationships with my son and gives me updates throughout the week. What I like the most is a concern raised was handled promptly and professionally, with clear communication and a genuine commitment to resolving issues. It is reassuring to know my child is in such capable and caring hands. I am very grateful for the excellent care given to my son
