Our daughter was enrolled at TLE Rita Ranch until we relocated and we cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and the rest of the staff. The facility is bright, clean, well lit, and the outdoor space is about as good as you could ask for in the Arizona sun. In her time at TLE, my young toddler learned sign language, made arts and crafts, and even learned some Spanish with the help of her teacher Miss Barbie, (much to our surprise when we said "Hola!" one day to her and she waved back!). She really thrived there and its clear the staff care about the children in their charge.
The staff were a key component to our child raising village and we would highly recommend TLE Rita Ranch. We all were very sad to leave!

Enrolled my baby (5 months) to start here December 2025. The building and some staff are great.
However, my baby remained sick on and off for several months until I pulled her out. Turns out the daycare was not sending kids home while obviously sick with more than the sniffles….hand foot and mouth, conjunctivitis, you name it…. I picked up my baby one day with goopy, swollen, red eyes that later started scabbing because they kept wiping and wiping her face with dry paper towels….and no call to me saying she was sick!
I was also told through the grapevine that members of the staff in the infant rooms would talk badly about babies while parents were not around simply because babies needed more hands on care. THEY ARE BABIES! Babies need hands on care, if you can’t meet standards of caring for babies maybe you shouldn’t be caring for children at all.
I would not bring my baby back here no matter what. Maybe care is better for older children?

We love TLE! The teachers, front office staff, Sadee, and Jennifer are all fantastic! I have no concerns or reservations about sending my kiddo there and love knowing that she’s having an enriching day with her teachers and classmates. Five stars all around, no complaints!

We love TLE, we've had our son here for over a year now and wouldn't choose any other daycare or preschool in Vail or TUSD. The fact that they teach my toddler sports, science, art, language arts, math AND Spanish...AND provide healthy meals and snacks as part of their tuition, you seriously can't find better value AND the teachers are all well qualified and attentive! Never have I seen them on their phones, or scrolling social media, which was our experience at other locations.

My kids been here for 5months now
She loves teachers so very much and i really appreciate her theacher they are so nice always smile and have a positive energies
every morning when she wake she says she want to go to daycare and after come back home she sing a song whole night which with she learned from the daycare
The teachers take photos of her all the activities so I can see how she is doing there and I feel so safe and happy to see her
She started potty training once get there and started wear underwear after a month
Teacher supported her so great
Thank you so much for all of your dedication!!! We truly happy my daughter can spend her childhood here with so nice teachers

So my daughter started at TLE a year ago in the preppers class and is now in the preschool class. Every teacher she has had has been amazing. I absolutely love to see how happy she is there everyday. If you are looking for a daycare in the Rita Ranch / Vail area I 100% recommend TLE.

We enrolled our toddler at TLE shortly after moving to Arizona. Since all of our family is back in Michigan, finding a daycare we truly trusted was a big decision. From the very beginning, Ms. Aiza and Ms. Daisy made us feel comfortable, and we always knew our son was in caring, capable hands.
They have been such a positive part of our family's journey, especially during some very challenging times, and we're incredibly grateful for the love and care they showed our son.
Unfortunately, we had to withdraw him due to financial reasons, which was a very difficult decision for our family. We hope we'll be able to send him back for preschool in the future. We'll miss seeing Ms. Aiza, Ms. Daisy, and all the friends our son made. Thank you for helping make his first daycare experience such a positive one!

As a first-time mom, dropping off your 3-month-old baby at daycare is emotional and honestly a little scary. From day one, Miss Tiana welcomed us with open arms and has cared for our daughter like one of her own. We are so grateful for the love, patience, and attention she gives our baby every single day.
We feel incredibly fortunate that The Learning Experience opened so close to where we live. The communication from the staff is wonderful — we love getting texts with updates and seeing pictures throughout the day on the app (an instant dopamine boost for any working parent!). The teachers truly make learning fun, and we even call it our baby’s “school” because there is such a strong focus on development and milestones.
Our daughter was rolling all over before she even hit 6 months old, and it’s clear how intentional and engaged her teachers are with the babies. Most importantly, TLE gives us complete peace of mind. We never have to worry when we drop her off because we know she is loved, safe, and being so well cared for. Thank you to Miss Tiana and the entire team for everything you do!

My baby is in the Infant A room with Ms Tiana, Ms Esperanza, and Ms Toni and they are amazing! The classroom is very clean and the babies are very well taken cared of. My mind is at ease leaving my baby with them!

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! Jennifer was amazing from the beginning about talking us through the whole experience as we are first time parents and were nervous about daycare. The facility is pristine and all of their guidelines to keep the kiddos comfortable and safe made us feel so at ease. They work with all of our child’s schedules and preferences and really make us feel comfortable leaving our kiddo in their care! Tiana, Esperanza, and Antonieta are the main teachers we work with and they are wonderful, and the other teachers we have met that help out in the classroom are all so sweet. They have an app that they update all day so we can check in. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this daycare ☺️
