Terrence was prompt, polite, honest, transparent and answered all my questions and provided new insights and recommendations for my current 15y old unit and when it eventually comes time to replace. I was sold on Lee Thompson thanks to Terrence and office manager Anne who was so lovely and kind over the phone when I first reached out them a few months ago. Very pleased with their work, customer service and fair pricing. I signed up for one of their service plans to boot!

Ethan started at my home. He came early and was very polite and detailed. He appropriately called in Crow to assist with diagnosing the problem. Although I was disappointed to learn I needed a new AC unit, I was glad Crow along with Ethan was fast to diagnose and and fix the problem. It was the start of a holiday weekend and Crow came back early the next morning and had my 80 degree house cooling off again. Crow has been to my house many times over many years and has always proven to be a reliable, knowledgeable and excellent technician. When it’s over 100 degrees and you have no AC, you want someone you can trust. Thanks Crow!
Billy just left my house. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have AC! Thanks to Billy for doing a great job. Billy was professional, knowledgeable and very polite! Big fan of Crow and Joe too!
