We had an amazing home buying experience with Jen and her team. She was able to show us a number of homes that met our criteria despite us being out of state and made our house hunting a seamless experience as we relocated across the country. We had an amazing experience selling our house with Laurie Cooper as our realtor. She was always available and responded quickly to calls, texts and emails. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and provided us with weekly market reports to keep us informed. Laurie is professional, honest and reliable. I moved to Bartlett from West Virginia. Heather Ray was my realtor. Being new to the area she has been outstanding in assisting me with finding people to check my pool and relay questions to the previous owners. Oh, I might need to mention that I closed several weeks ago. She is still helping me with items that pop up. She is amazing! It is nice to see her commitment to customer service, especially in the world we live in today. If you need a realtor that is trustworthy and won’t leave you on your own after closing. I highly recommend Heather.
