I’ve used The Maids 6 times now and they always do an amazing job. They are fast, friendly, scheduling is easy, and they leave the place spotless. Brandy and the pink team did an excellent job today and I’m definitely going to be booking them again in the future!

Honestly superb. Daniel and Brandy and the rest of the Pink Team crew were a total pleasure and very diligent, reaching onto every shelf and down to every crevice and corner so nary a crumb of dirt or particle of dust could survive. I’m very appreciative - they’ve restored all the beauty my old but charming home has within.
WOW! when the team showed up I was speechless and didn’t know what or where to tell “THE MAIDS” to start cleaning … I felt a bit embarrassed because the apartment was a mess, but right away they all greeted me with a smile and QUEEN BRANDY took the lead and all the ladies did amazing .. The Pink team came through … The hurricane of a mess in the apartment was cleaned and refreshed like a luxury hotel suite. It was spotless, smelled amazing , the cleaning was very detailed and we were super happy…. JOB WELL DONE!!! PINK TEAM … THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The Maids is an expensive, low quality cleaning service, and I will never use them again. First off, they are way over priced, even for Los Angeles. They charge over $250/hour for a team of 4 cleaners, which is more per-person than most teachers and many other professional workers make! Plus, their pricing is deceptive. When I initially told them the layout and square footage of my home, they underestimated the cleaning time and gave me a lower priced quote to entice me to book a cleaning with them. Then, when they got to my house (late), they jacked up the estimated cleaning time and almost doubled the total cost to well over $500 for just a 2-hour cleaning. And the 4-person cleaning team was inefficient and ineffective. They barely vacuumed the carpet and left residue on the kitchen and bathroom counter tops and floors. To be honest, all they really did was move all our stuff out of place, didn't put anything back where they found it, and left our rooms disorganized. We had to rearrange everything after they left. A total waste of money. Grade: F
Great job and quick! Everything looks amazing, a few dust bunnies left upstairs on my bed I assume from cleaning the ceiling fan, but other than that great!
